Amanda is a great and thorough technician. When she came out, she was helpful, informative, and incredible to work with. 5 stars for Amanda.Melissa was my established point of contact. If she is your assigned point of contact, request someone else. I’m usually not one to write reviews, but she has significantly lengthened the testing process and added an incredible amount of stress to an already overwhelming situation. She has dropped the ball many times with lack of follow through, empty promises, and lack of communication. I would not recommend her as a point of contact.

Curtis and Jesse did a fantastic job bringing back our couches. Very professional, and made quick work out of putting everything where they needed to go. Great job guys

ServePro started out with a good crew removing my belongings to be cleaned after fire. I was told 5 months after fire they would need 3 days notice to return my belongings. When I called after 9 months when home was rebuilt, they said they had not completed the job cleaning items after my insurance had paid them a huge check and no eta of completion. I am devastated. I was told “you’re not the only fire”.

A welcome experience so far, both on the phone and in person their staff has been friendly and so helpful! When your dealing with damage to your house it is so nice to have great people you can trust and care about what their doing and what your going through.

We had a bad water leak in are upstairs bathroom and also damaged the bathroom downstairs mr Curtis stovall did a good job and everything looks perfect he had good manners and was respectful to my family

Great engagement, service and knowledge - our grease fire was assessed, reviewed with insurance and myself and the place completely cleaned within a few days! The house was cleaned so well, we can rest easy knowing everything has been taken care of. Now for the rebuild and Servpro will be with us!

Not honest, horrible customer service and the owner needs to take a course on morals and values! If you want the job done right, go somewhere , anywhere else

Danny and Andrew came out to my house at three in the morning on Labor Day to get water out of my carpet. They were very kind and professional and they got the job done effectively and efficiently. Quite a bit less expensive than I had anticipated. They all were very nice and accommodating.

The water restoration was good, but the Recon dept was the worst Ive ever seen. We were in a motel for over 31/2 months. We still are not in our home. We were put off, lied to, promises made that was no good. I feel like they just strung us along and then called and quit on us. The excuse of insurance wouldnt pay 70.percent up front.

Danny Prunk and Chris Adams did an excellent job with the work that needed to be done in my home and were very professional about it. They answered any questions I needed answed with knowledge of what they were doing not like other companies that give you the run around on things I thank them for their help.. 5 stars I give them.

Corey and Chris, from Amarillo, called to let us know they were here. They were both very professional, they assessed the job and told us what needed to be done and the complete process. When they finished, they told us what they did and gave us their card and when they would be back. They explain to us all the paperwork that needed to be signed. They did an excellent job and made it a very stress-free process for us. We are truly grateful for both of them. They were AMAZING 😊

In the TX panhandle some places are a long way from the office. They came in a very timely manner to my house 90 miles from the office on the Saturday night of their company Christmas party. They took care of the immediate water emergency and in following up they have been very responsive to questions, came back here to this location several times, and have been great to work with. Everyone has gone out of their way to be helpful in any way they can. It isnt easy to deliver bad news but when they have had to do it, they were professional and did everything they could to answer questions. The services provided so far are only a small part of what is yet to come in the restoration process. I believe the rest will be handled just as well and feel like my situation is in good hands. I know there are others but so far thanks to Tammy, Chris, TJ, Joseph, and Maddie. Thank you Joseph for coming all that way the day the windchill was -27°.

Servepro came every time we called and answered all questions so we understood. They are a great company.

Stayed late and worked hard the whole time. Corey and Chris were very helpful! Great job. This was how the first day went but after that is went downhill they were scheduled to come back the next morning but called and said they were to short handed and have missed several days after that. When they did show up one guy just watched my family and one guy from Servpro do the work. The job needed more than a two man crew and I repeatedly asked for more help and finally done most of the work myself so we could get everything dry and stop the mold and bad smell. Don’t use this company.

First off let me just say the professionalism on behalf of Danny Andrew and Jason of Servpro if it wasnt for them in my time of crisis I dont know what I would do. And let me just say Danny spoke in a very well-managed tone it helped me to understand what was going on he deserves a promotion and a raise for the professionalism that I witnessed and let me also add the professionals of Jason and Andrew for how they took care of my property and said they would be taking care of without most care and attention thank you to all three of them I will recommend Servpro to my friends My family and all my neighbors once again thank you Servpro

Polite, professional, courteous and on time. These folks showed up quickly after my water heater broke. They cleaned up the water and dried the place out. I got a call each time they were coming back to check on the drying process. They make it like never happened.

All employees were very professional. Chris and crew did great job on the drying out process and carpet cleaning. T.J. And crew did great job on tear out prepping for new subfloor.. Contract manager Clifton advocated for us through each step of the process. Tammy and Brandi were a great help in the office getting our billing done correctly. We want to give a shout-out to Dewald Construction and Carpet World for all their help.

Jordon and Anthony were very professional. They cleaned my ducts and vents were very thorough in the job. Cleaned up after themselves really well. Did an excellent job shampooing my carpets. Because of mold they fogged Biocide through my vents to make sure all mold spores are gone. They made sure I knew what was going on through each step. Serv Pro you should be so proud to have 2 such amazing young men as part of your team. Last but not least I believe the lady on the phone name was Becky ( I sure hope I’m right) she also was professional very polite and helpful listening to my needs and getting everything set up!!! I was fairly new to the area and I realized that the house I was renting had mold in one of the bathrooms. I called Servpro and was dispatched someone within 30 minutes who was able to assess the situation. It was a very professional experience and Im thankful that I dont have to deal with mold anymore. Thank you!

The last constant rain in our area brought water damage our to the bathroom ceiling. I just talked to insurance and filed the claim yesterday and the ServPro team TJ & Madison were at my house first thing this morning. They checked out the damage and got to work right away removing the ceiling, checking for other damage, cleaning up and setting dehumidifier to dry rest of drywall within a couple hours. They will return t finish the job in a couple days . Both were focused and very professional, much appreciated! 👏🏽👏🏽

Rick and his crew at Servpro are the best. I was dealing with flooding and mold at my elderly parents home. They came out on a Saturday and worked to get all of the problems resolved. Rick also dealt with filing the insurance claim and kept me updated on the process . The staff at Servpro treated my parents with dignity and respect and I would recommend this company to anyone!

After a fire, you go through a whirlwind of emotions not knowing exactly what needs to be done first like ……who to call, where to go, what to pack, etc….. When ServPro showed up they just took charge. They cleaned, packed and loaded boxes into boxcar. They did an exceptional job and we will always be grateful. Very professional team. They arrived within 30 minutes or so, of initial call. Identified all of the affected areas quickly, and came up with a plan. They walked me through that plan in detail, and were patient with my questions.

After an unfortunate incident involving some boiled eggs WAY overdone.....the team responded immediately to get things rolling - even though it was about 8pm on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. They cheerfully arrived to assess the situation, which was a smoke filled home and the overwhelmingly bad odor of burnt eggs! They gave us a brief idea of the scope of work involved and assured us that the work would truly result in the Like It Never Happened state. We moved out, by necessity, and turned the house over to the team. They were considerate of our home and belongings and pets. They conducted themselves in a completely professional manner. After several days, we came back to a home that was spotlessly cleaned from floor to ceiling in every room, without a hint of the awful odor. Nothing broken or missing, no excuses for this or that, just a job well done. They were accepting of our visits and were always right at work whenever we popped in. So happy we had this experience to take care of a situation we never expected to have. Great job everyone!

They removed severely soiled carpet, cleaned the subfloor, cleaned under and behind all major appliances, cleaned air ducts and vents, and cleaned cabinets. Very professional work by Chris, Alton, Anthony, JJ, Mia, Alicia, and Roy. Rick and the girls in the office were so helpful, personable, and professional!

Ive been having a very difficult time getting things done with Servpro. I found mold in my house over a month ago. I contacted them for mold remediation, and they sent someone out. It took them over a week to get a quote to me because they were waiting on managers approval. It then took my insurance almost 2 weeks to get anything done after that, which wasnt Servpros fault. I was told on Friday that they could finally start on the mold remediation today, pending manager approval. Supposedly this manager was very responsive, but 3 days later, Ive heard nothing. The staff is always friendly, but they either need to have managers prioritize customers or they need to give their staff the ability to function without needing to get managers approval for every single detail. Im getting extremely frustrated. MOLD is growing in my infant daughters room, and Im now on week 6 of this process, and we have not even set a date to start. Supposedly they work with homeowners insurance well, but the breakdown in communication between me, Servpro, and my insurance is beyond frustrating. Im about in tears from having to facilitate every single detail of this process. I just want the mold out of my daughters room. Can someone please help me get this done?

Walking into a home and finding weeks of water damage is so incredibly devastating especially with 60+ year of treasures destroyed, but the Amarillo ServePro team came to our rescue! Even started on a weekend!! Rick was so patient and kind sitting with my grandmother and explaining everything with such compassion and calmness. He was and continues to be so responsive. JJ and his team became apart of our family as they not only cleaned out years and years of treasures but made myself, my grandmother and even my toddler feel so comfortable, cared for and loved during the entire process and even after. My grandmother passed a month later and they have been so kind and understanding. Thank you all for turning such a tragic event into something that was not so daunting and scary. I cant even express how grateful I am and am so glad we all now have a life long connection and friendship. You all have crowns waiting for you in Heaven for your hard and difficult work. My husband and I had a small fire. Jana and her team did an amazing job taking care of our family. If I did have an issue, which was only a few times, Jana immediately came up with a resolution. They really did go above and beyond and answered so many questions and got things that could be cleaned, cleaned in a timely manner.

After finding a broken drain pipe my bathroom and kitchen floor were lost, after reporting to insurance was able to use Serve Pro Mia came in with a couple of helpers and packed my belongings and moved them and stored them, Mia also came back to return my belongings and helped unpack, the young men that came back to deliver were workers they did not stop just like Mia, thank you for a great job. Mia deserves a raise!

Efficient, personable, reliable staff. We had an attic water line freeze; part of our ceiling fell in. Although we have high praise for ServPro, we hope to never have to use them again. LolMaddy, JJ, TJ, and Anthony---thanks bunches!

We had several different Servpro employees assisting us with water damage. They were all very helpful and professional. Highly recommend them for flood cleanup.

Servpro has been a blessing to us. My elderly sisters basement in her house got flooded and was toxic. My sister has been diagnosed with dementia and I had moved her to my home in weatherford. The basement hadn’t been checked in years. Servpro got to work immediately and it looks beautiful down there now. But that’s not all. Since we are out of town, Rick Rueda has continually helped by coming out when the plumbers are saying there is no leak and meeting with the insurance company. Without his help I don’t know what we would do. I certainly trust him more than the plumbing companies I have had to deal with.I would recommend Servpro as the best company when you have a home problem. Servpro and Rick are the best!!!!!

These sweet people have organized a drive gathering donations of towels, sheets, and blankets for P.E.T.S. and area shelters (and cleaning them). They support their community and we are lucky to have them.

Parents used Amarillo Servepro for bathroom restoration after pipes broke in the bathroom. Clay asked the family to leave the house while they were spraying under the house due to the fumes. After returning home, my parents noticed several possessions missing and the house drawers/cabinets had been rummaged through. After it was addressed with the manager, nothing was done and the items were not returned. Also be prepared for them to leave your house for the day without locking the doors.

I had Servpro Amarillo come to my home in Hereford and do a full HVAC cleaning with biocide. They did a great job, highly recommend!
