After receiving quotes from three different companies to cleanup a rental property, I got the best vibe from meeting with Colton, of the Amarillo office. He explained exactly what they would do, listened to my concerns, and provided a written quote, hours later. Their quote was very reasonable for the scope of work, and I chose them to proceed with job. They began the work the very next day and were finished with it by the afternoon of the following day. Anthony, their guy on the ground supervising, was very professional and also listened to my concerns and led his crew to do an amazing job.I couldnt be more pleased with how the job turned out. It exceeded my expectations and was an amazing value.Everyone I dealt with at Carpet Tech, from the young lady who initially answered the phone, to the young kid on the work crew, was friendly, professional and polite.I will not hesitate for a moment, to re-engage CT in the future.

This was the BEST carpet cleaning we have ever had!! The techs were kind, professional and very knowledgeable with the questions we would ask.We had them back to clean our kitchen tile and tiled entryway. Once again, fantastic service and our floors look amazing!!

I was very disappointed. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 to power wash our front steps. First they called to say they could come 30 minutes early; so I rushed home to meet them. Then they called to say they had been sent to do a very small job and would be a few minutes late. They finally showed up after 5:00. They started washing the steps but it got dark much before they could finish. In addition, the noise was very loud for our neighbors at dinner time. Because of the darkness, there was no way to see that they did not get the steps and walkway cleaned satisfactorily. The next morning, it was obvious that they had not done a good job. They will have to come back to redo. While Cameron was very nice and apologetic and did call the next day to be sure I was happy with the job, this was not a quality job. Now we have to reschedule and go thru the process again at a less convenient time. I was very disappointed.

So professional! EVERY employee I have had an interaction with always go above and beyond. From snow shoveling sidewalks, assisting a nearby car accident by helping clear road of debris to helping those involved to just listening to every day frustrations -- these technicians deserve more appreciation for all their hard work for the community! I have NEVER had a bad interaction with anyone here from the call center to techs to leadership. I got a quote to move all the furniture out of the house and into the garage, and to clean the carpet . I discuss everything with the workers that came the 1st time ,I left and come back and they are setting up to clean around the furniture .I told them all of it gets moved into the garage. I am told we cant figure out how to make it fit threw the door ? So i show then how to do the job I hired them to do?????????? as showed by the damage to my storm door .Next they did the most terrible job ever cleaning the the carpet. I called and the next 2 guys came fixed the storm door and recleaned now where the stains were that the 1st guys messed up I have super whit spots on my carpet, I guess its clean now but looks like a spotted pony. so sad , I thought they were a good company

Had a water leak and had several rooms with soaked carpet. Came out the same day, quickly and efficiently got up the water, sanitized the carpet, very friendly, even vacuumed up behind my couch crumbs the grandkids had left. Would definitely use them again

I have 3 rugs that are 19 years old but still in great condition just needed cleaned. Carpet Tech picked them up and took them to their shop and cleaned them. They had them completed in the time they said they would and the price was reasonable. They delivered the rugs to my office and loaded them in my car. The rugs look brand new, I couldnt be happier with the work they did.

Way to go Carpet Tech! They came out on VERY short notice (same day) after I was ghosted by another company. They did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning the entire house (including the stairs), even making sure that high-traffic areas with some obvious wear were taken care of. Carpet Tech recently performed air duct cleaning in our home. We could tell a difference when the work was done. The guys were on-time, very courteous and professional. I called Carpet Tech and was greeted by a nice woman named Cali, she immediately informed me of all the services as this was an emergency. I was able to get put in same day! Simple and quite intimidating spot removal at that. Anthony and Brady were awesome! They removed it and also provided me basic stain removal education. I highly recommend using this company! The techs arrived on time and cleaned the carpet very well. Unfortunately in the process, some of the exterior brick in the entryway was damaged. It took about a month, but they had a masonry company come and replace the damaged bricks free of charge. Overall I am satisfied with the outcome.

Branden did great and restored our area rug and entry way runner rug after our senior pup got sick on both. He was efficient, professional, and timely. They also worked with us on a good time to come get them done as well when I was in a bit of a time crunch. We always have a great experience with carpet tech and recommend them to all!

Water clean up and drying were great. After drying I made an appointment for a new carpet pad, carpet tacked back down, and furniture back in place. When it was scheduled I received a call that the technician that was sent doesn’t lay pad. I called and told office, so they gave me appointment time for 3 pm. They were late and no call to let me know. I got home to my furniture not being in place. I called the next morning and told needed that done before I had to be at work. I have a puppy I had to make arrangements for her, so they could get this completed. They came and got everything back in place and technician said he didn’t know where my furniture was suppose to go. Each time they were at my house it was a different crew.

The techs called before my scheduled time as they had an emergency and were letting me know they would be a little late and I could reschedule if I wanted. I appreciated them calling and giving me the option, however I let them know I was in no hurry. As it turned out they were only 15 minutes passed my scheduled time and again they called me when they were on their way. Both were very courteous and professional. My carpets look so much better!! Would definitely recommend them. Also, the office staff is very pleasant to work with!!

I was not going to leave a review because carpet tech attempted/pretended to try to make my experience right; however, after filling my vacuum again on a “cleaned” room that hadn’t been touched since move in, I don’t feel I owe any grace or courtesy. I paid to have carpet cleaned before move in. I was provided an in person quote which I thought was very reasonable for the size of my home. There were traffic areas which were not addressed with the quote or cleaning, and I was never approached about additional cost to clean. I was told “I did my best” by the tech. I would definitely have paid to get the carpet clean if given the option. Since I don’t clean carpet for a living, it never occurred to me that I’d need to explain to the professionals that they were in fact here to get the carpets clean. The floors were not vacuumed prior to steam cleaning which tech later lied about when asked, so traffic areas that didn’t show before cleaning had dirt sucked to the surface and left dirtier appearing.On the second visit after I wiped dirt off the surface of the carpet with a paper towel, the tech explained repeatedly, that I’m not seeing dirty floor, I’m seeing fiber pulling. White paper towels were wiping up dirt, but I was condescendingly taught about traffic areas. I asked them to leave without addressing the entire house that wasn’t cleaned correctly.A third crew was sent after a supervisor visited to inspect. These guys were great. The home is no longer empty, so the entire home was not cleaned as I intended when I scheduled the cleaning prior to move in. There are still dirty spots, but they cleaned the bad areas very thoroughly. I suspect I’d pull dirt if I used a carpet cleaner; however, the entire purpose of hiring a professional cleaner was to have it done professionally. Now, we’re living on other people’s dirt and dead skin.A few weeks prior, my friend hired a small business to clean terribly stained, lower quality carpet. His looks better than what carpet tech did with mine.

I needed carpets cleaned in order to list a house. Carpet Tech came out very quickly and gave me an estimate which was exactly what the final cost was. They were honest about what they could and could not do in this case and the carpets turned out much better than I expected. I did have one small blip in the process but I contacted the company and they listened to my concerns and understood what I was saying. They were courteous and professional with the situation, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for carpet cleaning.

The first crew that did the cleaning didnt do a good job at all. The second crew that came did the job correctly. I was disappointed that it was not done right the first time but they made it right.

Kevin and his assistant arrived on time. They asked if I had any questions before they started. They worked very efficiently and were careful about protecting our personal belongings. They explained what they were doing and also showed me before and after pictures of my HVAC duct. I was very pleased with the outcome and with their work ethic and attitude. The crew was very professional and courteous. They arrived early and Anthony explained the entire process thoroughly. They did a great job on cleaning the carpet and other than a clean carpet you would never know they had been there. Anthony the crew leader was great and friendly and answered all of my questions, and the entire experience was great. I will use them again.

Cameron came and gave us an estimate, then came back to do the cleaning and we were extremely pleased with his attitude and professional conduct. He was very helpful and even moved a large artificial plant out to the front porch for us. Service was excellent, the work was very thorough. He also cleaned and sealed all of the tile. We had three estimates done and carpet tech was the best value.

Make the call - got the appointment within a day. Day of appointment a detailed photo of the technician who will be doing the job is sent over so you know who is coming to your home. Upon arriving they were interested to hear my points of concern and addressed them appropriately. Also did not UP-sell anything when the opportunity was there to do so. I am always so impressed with Carpet Tech and will continue to use them for the upkeep of our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First, let me tell you that I was never aware that a mattress could be deep cleaned, but after my dads house was broken into and the thieves decided to sleep in his bed, I decided to inquire. Carpet Tech was one of the companies listed who did this in Amarillo so I called them. The receptionist kindly explained the process to me and after she noted the cost, I was convinced that I would give it a try. On the day of, I received both a text and email indicating that the Carpet Tech Amarillo team were on their way. They arrived on time and not one minute after. The greeting was kind, both were fully attentive, professional, and ready to fulfill the request. First, they assessed the mattress and then they went back to their truck to get the solution ready before proceeding with the cleaning task. After 45 minutes, they were finished.The results were amazing! The mattress looks brand new. And it will now become a bed in my guest bedroom. Of course, I will need to give that mattress a couple of days to dry first, but thats okay. My personal bed is next, and because I love how much cleaner my mattresses will be after this service, Ill be budgeting this in as an annual effort.Did I mention the cost to me was only $134 for a full size bed? That is with cleaning, sanitizing, and scotch guarding the mattress.That is about the same cost as taking it to the dump and trashing it. Except, now I get to use it.

It is so rare to call contractors or service repair professionals and have them respond within minutes and show up to the meeting or job site on time. Carpet Tech did all of these things. There was no waiting for an appointment between 8-noon or sometime in the afternoon . This just makes the entire thing go so much more smoothly. I really appreciate their work.

After a recent house fire at our residence, Carpet Tech was brought in to handle the restoration. Our family was relocated to a hotel with our dogs for a couple of weeks. After a walk thru with, Blake Singer, the restoration Project Manager, he promised that he and his crew would get us back into the main part of the house on an exact date & time. Promise kept. When we walked back in all the trauma & shock from that terrible morning melted away.It was like walking into a brand new house! Blake & his crew went way beyond the call of duty. Every room was a great big, WOW!.My family is eternally grateful to Blake and his crew at Carpet Tech for giving us our home back.Especially, so close to X-Mas.5 stars X 10.

My first experience with this company was the Lubbock branch. They cleaned a home with biological hazards and did an excellent job.My next experience was getting a home cleaned for a neighbor and friend using the Amarillo branch. They did an excellent job.My personal experience with the Amarillo branch cleaning my own home was.....you guessed it......excellent.The employees are always very polite.Simply the best at what they do.

Called Carpet Tech first thing in th morning and they were able to work me into their already booked schedule for the day. The two guys that cleaned our dryer vent were professional and did an excellent job. Carpet Tech price was better than some of their competitors.

Carpet Tech cleaned our tile floors. They are over 12 yr old and the grout lines were awful. They were very prompt on schedule for the estimate and also for the service. The technicians ran into some unforeseen issues with an unknown residue on our tiles and actually returned for a second day to address these. The manager, Colton Long, came personally to do the work and make sure it was done to his own satisfaction, which far exceeded my own! I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The floors looked years newer and have been so much easier to keep clean since having it done. Carpet tech Technicians were very friendly and came in and cleaned the spots I was concerned about and did a very good job. I did have one come back and so they came back and re-treated the area and thus far the spot has not returned! These people are very good and professional I definitely would recommend them!

The guys who came to clean my carpet were very professional and polite. I still had a smell of urine from my dogs a couple of days after they cleaned it in a small hallway of my home. They came back and recleaned it and sprayed it at no cost. The price is reasonable and the manager is nice. Im having them come back again this week. Last time I used your service was at Christmas 2016. I had just moved into a small duplex. It had been updated with hard floors in every room except one bedroom, carpeted. I had moved from a bigger house, with more carpeting, and had used your service for years. The service was always great, fast, and on time. I highly recommend Carpet Tech.

I absolutely loved the service we got from carpet tech, they have came out to the house multiple times, each for different reasons and have been very reasonable with prices. Matt Macias was who helped us, and there was one instance when we were on the verge of tearing up the carpet and putting wood floors down because the carpet was nearly destroyed, but Matt saved the day!! He stretched the carpet in every room, cleaned it, and treated it, and it turned out better than when we first got it! All the stains were removed and nothing came back up once the carpet dried and the huge bubbles in the carpet were completely gone. I have used Carpet Tech twice and dont plan to ever use anyone else. I have found them to be punctual, very reasonably priced and do a great job! Colton was the one who cleaned my very light colored carpet this last time and I couldnt be more pleased. In one room, there were coffee stains that I had cleaned multiple times, but they kept coming back. He was able to get them out completely and they have not reappeared. Not only that, but he called back several days later just to make sure that everything still looked OK. I have recommended Carpet Tech to others and the one person who has used them so far is equally pleased. Its so nice to find a business that does their business so well.

Carpet Tech has given me fine service for the last 5 years. I have a handful of rental houses in Amarillo and they have consistently provided prompt service with fair pricing. They saved me on a number of occasions with emergency after hours carpet drying when some Texas floods swamped my carpeting repeatedly. Thanks Guys!

I can’t recommend Carpet Tech enough! The only thing worse than having your house flooded is to have it happen in the middle of Saturday night. The good news is that Carpet Tech has an answering service. A service tech really does return your call in a timely manner.They arrived at my house, exactly as promised, not long after midnight. They were kind, thoughtful, helpful, and thorough. What was a disaster soon became an irritation that is quickly fading into the past. You can’t go wrong calling Carpet Tech!

I used Bug Tech. The company’s new Pest Control division. I had problems at my home. Called a few businesses and they “scared” me. With the problem and the price to solve.Bug Tech just asked to come look! And give an estimate.Chad showed up. LOOKED at gave me advise and his options, including his recommendation Long story short, problem solved…way less than I was led to believe. BED BUGS are sneaky, smart and NOT the end of the world. (when does that happen?)Second, the price was beyond reasonable... everyone should first consider the cost of new carpet. Carpet Tech guys came to clean my ducts but discovered that the ductwork in my 30 year old home had completely deteriorated. Carpet Tech is such a class act that they did not charge me for the two hours of time and contacted an HVAC company to give a bid in new ductwork.An hour later, carpet cleaners came from Carpet Tech. Great job of cleaning the carpets at a reasonable price. I have been so pleased with them that I have not used anyone else for cleaning carpets, rugs or upholstery in a number of years. And yes, they will continue to be my choice for any work that they perform.

Best carpet cleaners I have ever used. And always will from now on. I had a lot of pet stains and odor; and they got them up and it smells amazing in my house. The spots did not reappear after a couple day. And the nasty smell is gone!

Had another company clean my carpet and they left spots that he said there was no way to remove them. A couple of months later my grandson spilt koolaid in the center of living room so I called CarpetTech. TheCarpet tech man arrived in a couple of hours. He moved my furniture cleaned my carpet, cleaned up koolaid and he cleaned up old spots. He was very professional. He said if I saw any koolaid the next day he would come back and work on it again, but the spot was gone. Plus Carpet Tech was cheaper than first carpet cleaner. There is no way I would ever have anyone else clean my carpet again.
