Zach and his crew are amazing! They installed an entire brand new unit for me very quickly and affordable! This weekend I had an issue and they were at my house diagnosis of and fixing the issue as soon as they could. Great service and efficiency! On top of all of that, they are a small, locally owned business so I know my money is going to support families here and not some major corporation!

Chris is wonderful! He has always been extremely respectful and considerate of our home, the floors and our time. He is polite, makes eye contact when speaking to my son and I and says “yes ma’am”.. simple yet important gestures that show his true professionalism!

Zack has to be the best ever. He fixed the A/C at my Canyon house in record time. He can look at it and tell you what’s going on, order the part and finish it up in record time. This man is so good. When he left Grizzle, I had to move with him. Grizzle couldn’t do it after 3 times. Zack fixed it by the next day. You won’t go wrong with this guy, he’s amazing.

Zach recently replaced our upstairs furnace. Overall, it was one of the easiest repair experiences I have ever had. He gave me a clear estimate, was on-time for the appointment to install the new system, finished in the time frame he said he would, and the work was done very well. Zach and his helper Jonathan arrived when they said they would - they cleaned the condenser, pulled the blower and cleaned it and made sure everything was in good working order. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional during their time in our home. We highly recommend Zach and his company!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Zach and Caprock Services. I was worried that since it was Friday, I’d have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and would have to go the weekend with no heat. Zach was able to come the same day. He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part. Now I’m warm and toasty again, and have a lovely smelling candle that he gave me. So, there’s a saying that “if momma isn’t happy, nobody is happy.” But….I would counter that with “if daddy is too hot to sleep restfully, everybody’s day is going to be rouggghhh.” Caprock Services found a creative and cost-effective solution to dramatically increase the airflow to our master bedroom with super high ceilings and a tight roofline (and on a plenum with no more room at the inn, no less). Cheaper than marriage counseling and a lot quicker, too, Zach and his crew saved us from a seriously rough summer in a new house. Thermostat setting is the same and now that prior hot room is ice cold! Air conditioning went out last night. Called Caprock when they opened. They said they would be there around lunch time. At 12:55 they were pulling up. Less than an hour later, my house was cooling again. They are great!

It was clear that our AC had what we thought were a number of problems. It had been recommended that we completely replace the unit by another company. Zach came and quickly diagnosed the situation and it going within an hour at a fraction of the cost of what we thought we were going to have to spend. Very honest and forthcoming on all fronts.

I filled out the service form on the computer and received a call from the office, saying that they would be here to check the AC in the afternoon. they came about 3 PM and had the AC running in about 1hr. Thanks for the good service.
