We had central heat and air put in and with that we had to install a new gas line to the house. Zlatan and Dalton did an amazing job on the gas line. Jesse and Kenton installed our central heat and air. They also did an amazing job. Mike was the salesman and he did an amazing job. He came by numerous times while the work was done and also after and made sure we were happy with the install. We would definitely recommend these guys for any of you plumbing, electric, heating and air needs. All of them were very professional, friendly and outgoing.

Zlatan and his co-worker (can’t remember his name) were very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. They did a great job repairing my shower. They also put in new fixtures and replaced the valve and supply line for the toilet. I’m very pleased with the results. I’ll definitely call 1-800-Plumber the next time I need a plumber. It’s nice to know they also do electrical work.

Great experience working with 1 800 Plumbing and Air. Enes was knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed to fix my plumbing. Customer service is top notch as they were easy to contact and kept me updated on the arrival time of each team member.

Don’t use this company!!!Not happy with this company. I had an appt with this company on Dec 23rd. They called me today dec 20th saying they had a cancellation if they could come today. They had someone that could come now. I said yes. I get a text saying technician is in his way… 55 min later still no show. So I called them and she said oh sorry he got caught up with another plumber but he down the street and is 5 min away…so I said ok. Well 30 min later still not show. Sooo I call back wry upset and she said there was a miscommunication on their end and apologized and said he will be there in 5 min. So he did show up in 5 min and looked at our shower drain and said yes it just needed to be snaked and would be $280.00!!! I was livid. He then said it’s just some hair in the drain is all it is. And I said so $280.00 to get the hair out !! High way robbery. I told them never mind I will get someone else and he still charged me $69.00 to show up an hour and half late !! Horrible horrible customer service horrible. !!! I will spread the word about how this company like to take advantage of people.

Just had tech Brandon Reyes come out and get our heat going again. I highly highly recommend him. He was very professional polite . Couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience

I have used this plumbing company off and on for the last 15 years. But recently I have been using only them for my electric, HVAC, Heater, and plumbing needs. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and if they say theyre going to be here at a certain window of time, they always arrive on time. They also leave the area theyre working on cleaner than it was. The prices are also competitive.

They were able to get to us very quickly and our plumber (Enes Cerimagic) was very nice professional and explained everything. They went above and beyond. They are definitely worth every penny.

Enes Ceramagic did a plumbing inspection for my home. He did a great job and was very professional.I have their service membership. For 20 dollars a month, it more than pays for itself for for heating, cooling, plumbing and electric inspections for piece of mind. They do roofing as well.

Tim did a great job in identifying a blocked area of our drains (even crawling underneath the house to verify where all the lines ran) and clearing out the drains. He serviced and drained the hot water tank to remove sludge and gave us estimates on future projects well be doing. Tim is very personable and easy to work with. BAD! Andrew came out on Monday, May 29, 2017, and advised us of what we were facing. He immediately jumped in and stated that he would need to replace the gas line from the house to the meter. He was aware that my husband was working on our sprinkler system as we showed him where the problem started. He gave us an amount and told us that he could have our gas back on by Tuesday afternoon. We hired them. Andrew informed me that they would be here by morning, and didnt show up until after lunch. I informed him immediately that we had a death in our family, and I needed to leave out of town no later than 4:00 p.m. for a memorial. He said they will try. The time went on and I asked him if he would be done, so that I could go to the memorial. He abruptly stated, I can stop right now and come back next week! But you will have no gas until I return. Not only did he not show up when he said he would, but now I had to choose between family or having hot water and a stove to cook our meals on! Needless to say, he was not done until after 5:00 p.m. and I missed the memorial! Andrew was very slow at getting things done. Almost as if he was riding the clock. As the day progressed, they found a gas leak above our furnace in the attic. He advised us that the cost of the repair would be $414 + the $1750.00 for the gas line replacement and a $442 charge for the search in the attic, plus charges for any other leaks. He told me that if they repair the leak above the furnace and his equipment still showed a drop in pressure that he would then have to tear into our walls. He mentioned how costly that would quickly become. He also stated that the repair in the attic would take 3-4 hours to do. Then he advised my husband the alternative, $2200.00 + the $1750.00 charge for a whopping $3950.00. He pushed us into a corner and made us feel as if we had absolutely no choice, but to pay the near $4,000.00. I finally told Andrew that we needed time to think about which route we wanted to take and would reach out to him first thing the next morning. He then handed me his electronic pad requesting me to sign an authorization form. I asked him what it was for and he stated it was to authorize him to re-plumb the whole house in-case that was the route we would go. I advised him that I was not going to sign something until the work was done, or until I decided that was what I would do. Then he said that he needed to collect at least half of the total ($4k). I advised him once again, that I would pay for the work he did, which was trench out the yard and put in a new gas line. Andrew said we would take a gamble if he repaired the leak above the furnace and find out that there was still a leak somewhere else. My husband and I felt extremely pressured to re-plumb the entire house. After Andrew left, my husband inspected the work and found that he placed the gas line in the middle of the area where my husband needed to repair our sprinkler system! Andrew advised us that he cut through 4 of our sprinkler lines! He also informed us that either we could fix them ourselves to save money or he could fix it for another fee! Other companies said if they break it, they fix it! We also found that we lost our cable signal to our T.V.s when the tech went into the attic! Once again, another expense out of our pockets! Fortunately we were directed to another reputable plumber, who came out immediately and gave us a much more REASONABLE PRICE to repair the leak in the attic! $285 vs. $414.00! They promptly came out the next day (Thursday) by 9:00 a.m. and repaired the leak in 20 minutes (not 3-4 hours as Andrew quoted) and corrected the problem! I am glad we didnt pay another $2,200 as Andrew pressured us to do! We had to get Andrew to come back out Friday to move the gas line he put in the wrong spot. He simply pushed the gas line over. He left the cover off and the wires were exposed! And after a few minutes after he left the gas line returned to same place again! This has been the worst experience with 1-800-Plumber!

The 2 plumbers were very polite and professional! They got the job done quickly! Would definitely recommend!!! Joseph McGuire and his Assistant did a terrific job!

Was very knowledgeable and professional when I requested information about a replacement with a longer warranty. They had one in stocks, so he was able to make the replacement this afternoon. Will definitely call 1-800 Plumber in the future for my plumbing needs.

Great service! Tim worked diligently to get the garbage disposal clogged pipes cleared. Looked at my shower when I told him of odor and he discovered shower floor install problem causing potential mold in air space. Gave me a bottle of Bio 1 to help keep drains clear. David and Andrew arrived promptly and identified the problem immediately. It was a problem with the wires near the pole, and Xcel had to come fix it, which they did promptly. David and Andrew were very courteous and went through the house asking questions. They are coming back in a few days to update my ceiling fixture in the kitchen. 1800 Plumber will have my business for life. They came out on a Saturday diagnosed w problem came back Tuesday and started digging. These guys have been amazing. Even offer a longer way on their work and han any other company that came out and their bid werent that much off of other companies. 10/10 highly recommend

Noah arrived hours early, did a thorough examination of the problem (new A/C shut down unexpectedly), determined the cause (tripped water sensor in air handler) and corrected the problem. He then checked for causes (none found) and made sure the unit restarted properly and completed its self check. After the unit was running he verified that there was no water approaching the sensor, but also instructed me on how to reset the sensor if thee problem did recur. He also increased support for the air handler drain pipe.

They were fantastic and were very knowledgeable. We will be using them from now on. Highly recommend.

David Campos is always friendly and willing to provide information about the issues he finds. The options offered are reasonable but always an affordability issue. I am just hoping to win the lottery so I can afford to have my 65-year-old house rewired.

Some can wait, some cannot! They check heater, a/c, plumbing (every water inlet including washer and house), roof, gas.... about every 6 months throughout the year... (different folks come at different times for different concerns).They might have saved me thousands for less than 8 bucks a month subscription! Love this service!

This has to do with a simple installation of a receptacle for a slide in electric range.We are not pleased with our experience. This is why.Our old range was not repairable. We bought a new range. Before it arrived we made arrangements to have a receptacle installed as the old oven had been direct wired. That was on February 19. However, after having the receptacle installed, when the new range arrived last week, we discovered it didn’t accommodate a slide in range. The receptacle was flush with the wall. The plug prevented pushing the range to the back of the wall. We think the tech should know that. So, we contracted to have a recessed receptacle installed. On March 19, that was done. However, the second tech installed the new receptacle incorrectly. When I turned the oven on it gave a warning, “Oven incorrectly wired. Check plug”. The tech had left before I turned the oven on, but returned promptly and corrected the mis-wiring. I think the electrician should have started the range before leaving. Of course, it is disappointing to have had a mis-wired receptacle.My primary reason in contracting an electrician is to ensure the electrical work is safe and fitting for the purpose. I do not think we were well served in either installation.All the tech’s have been pleasant as is the scheduler. My dissatisfaction is with the work done.

Pete and Jared came to the rescue! Our 3 bathroom toilets and bathtubs were backed up and they came so quick from us calling! They were both so polite and did everything they could to help us! They got the clog out and even used their own chemicals to make sure everything was clean! I’ve never heard of them actually cleaning up! Prompt appointment, next day and within the 2-hour window. Mr. Green has a very professional delivery while working. The job is a pesky branch of my sewer line that services the dishwasher. Two years ago I called 1-800-Plumber and their service lasted longer than anyone elses effort. I was expected a repeat. This service performed lasted one week. I came home with the house filled with sewer gas -- really bad smell. I thought it could be an old, unused washer drain that had gone dry and maybe my putting water in the drain would protect the house from swamp gas. A short burst of the garden hose, the washer drain overflowed and sludge came up into the kitchen sink blocking drainage and REALLY stinking the place up. I called about warranty. Because it had been a week they promised I would be taken care of no matter what. Mr. Green came back out and took the time to evaluate our setup on the sewer pipes. Apparently, the old washer drain was still hooked up to an unused branch of the sewer line under the house. He redid his snake and charged me nothing. We discussed services that will help us if I have any other problems going forward. I will use them again when necessary.

Rainaldo Ruiz was here to address a water pressure and temperature issue in the hall bath. With some difficulty due to the age of the fixture he was able to replace the cartridge and fix the temperature issue. On his advice I descaled the shower head which resolved most of the pressure issue. Courteous and competent

We were in unique and tough spot - we live right outside of town and we had a gas leak between our house and the meter. The distance was almost a half mile away. It took us many quotes and almost 3 months to decide what to do since it was going to be costly. Z from 1800 plumber came out and was very helpful every time. They installed a whole new gas line to our house and we are very happy with it! Would recommend this company.

Originally had 4 stars due to issues getting ahold of them. This was changed to a well deserved 5 when they reached out to me and made up for it by staying in contact with me and keeping me updated throughout the entire appointment.

I had a membership with them for a couple of months after i needed a plumbing work at my house. They tend to be more expensive than other plumbing services that I have used previously.Their AC team almost did work that could have cost thousands of dollars, but I got a second opinion and I am so glad I did. Their diagnosis was wrong and prices were quite higher than what I offered by the second opinion team( I didn’t inform the second AC tech that they’re doing second opinion)When I wanted to cancel with them they told me I have to email or write, I emailed. Several days later they charged my account and refused to refund stating that they have the right to cancel in 30 days.I don’t recommend them for any major work

Alex is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. He kept me informed every step from leak detection to finished work. Showed pictures when I couldn’t get to area to see for myself. He made a scary situation better and I felt informed to make best decision for me.

Of course, time will tell, but I feel confident that my system will be working correctly now and that I will not be left without heat. Several problems were corrected and I was really surprised at how quickly they got to my house. All the technicians, Edward, John, and Christian, were so courteous and explained everything they were doing very clearly. They arrived promptly and spent all the time needed to diagnose and fix the problem. I will be calling them from now on!

Awesome communication through the whole process. From start to finish everyone at 1800 plumber listened to my questions and provided great details of the services to be preformed. Texts of when my appointment was, when the technician was on his way and even provided a picture and name of who to expect. Austin was a great technician!

Andrew came with Jaden and Enes and another plumber whose name I dont know. They got right to work at our huge job. I had asked them to fix the shower first since we were having so much trouble with it, and Andrew and Jaden stayed till after 8 pm to finish it so we could have a shower that night. The shower is awesome now. Andrew and sometimes Jaden were at our house for four days putting in pipes, insulating them, and getting the washer, sinks, toilets and everything else running great. Andrew answered all my questions and was very patient. If I have plumbing issues in the future I would love to see him coming.

They wanted $1200+tax to replace 2 outside faucets and guarantee them for 2 years. A nice faucet costs $13 and takes 30 min. or less to do. Other option was $5000 to replace all water lines underneath house(950sq. ft. house). Needless to say, quite overpriced. Also had to pay $69 for estimate.

Today, I had my annual plumbing system House Guard inspection for my AC. I had some concerns with a room that was not cooling very well. Not only did Noah Sintas inspect our AC and cooling system for the warranty, but he was able to offer a few suggestions that should correct our cooling of our master bedroom. I was not pressured to commit to the work. I have all the information I need to share with my husband so we can consider our options together! I am very thankful for this service!!!We also had our annual plumbing inspection for our home guard membership with 1-800 Plumber. I was able to knock out two inspections in one day!!! Josh Opitz was our technician who inspected our plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and informative! I had also asked for him to look at our shower and offer a quote to fix a shower pan that needed to be fixed. I have the upload confidence in asking for him to repair this with his permanent solution! He even offered financial assistance which I didnt know would be an option. Very satisfied!!!

Cooling service was outstanding. Angelica was completely professional, going beyond the call to complete the job into late hours while enduring extreme attic heat. Your technician, Chris Sanchez and his assistant Tyler, did a fantastic job with the installation of additional light fixtures in our kitchen area. They were most professional, efficient, and careful. Angelica was ‘my angel’! My heater went out and she went WAY above and beyond! There were safety issues and it almost caught my house on fire! She caught that because she inspected every part of the heat system! I thank God for her being my tech! She is an excellent service tech and there are not enough stars to rate her! Scheduling was quick and accurate, and kept us informed along the way, with advance text messages to let us know when/and who was on the way. All requested repair items were completed in a single days visit, despite there being several different items that needed to be addressed, as we just bought this house back in April 2022, and various items were lacking at that time. Swayze was professional and efficient and explained each step needed and the options we had for the various components. I will admit that the cost was higher than we had originally expected, but given the thoroughness and accuracy of the repairs, as well as the cleanup after he was done, we will use the service again if we need future plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend them for your household repair needs.

Cindy and Ray are absolutely amazing....called on a Sunday due to a whole home backup thanks to a section of sewer line that was cracked. Had to leave a message but Cindy called me back within minutes and was so very nice as I was having a meltdown having never experienced something like this before and I could not understand why plunging the toilets was not working this time, actually seemed to be making it worse. Ray the tech showed up within the hour and was so calm, understanding, and got everything fixed the best he could. He came back 2 days later to completely finish the job and it was a full day job. I cannot say enough good things about them so I will sum it up by saying they are just good humans! They absolutely now have a loyal customer as long as they will have me 😊.

Grossly over quoted my elderly father. They wanted 1600 without parts for a job that took my 45 minutes. They will take advantage of you if you dont know what it really is. Absolutely disgusting.Youve blocked me on everything. And havent called back or messaged me. He all the compatable parts. If he didnt i wouldnt have been able to do it. He wanted 2 valves and a spicket for his kitchen sink. He then adked asked about about the whole sink and you quoted him 2300. Either your guy was taking advantage because he made commission or you just didnt want to do it. I left a message with my number earlier today and havent gotten a call back. Shame on you for taking advantage of people who cant fend for themselves-Quite a bit of work? It was 2 valves and a faucet?

We will no longer be using this company. I have an emergency on my property where a line is leaking sewage all over the property. I had an appointment set for today that I set since Sunday when this occurred. I just received a call that we were pushed back to Feb 1st due to other emergencies happening. Ours is just as much as an emergency if anything worse due to sanitary reasons and the health of residents. I am very disappointed with the Amarillo location and will no longer call them due to their incompetence and lack of following a schedule.

My 9 year-old water heater quit working, but wasnt leaking. I called in, hoping the the recent high winds had just blown out the pilot light. That was not the case . After an in depth inspection & discussion of cost to fix vs buying a replacement , I chose replacement. The interaction with the technician was very informative, professional, & low key..
