Southern Air was recommended by 2 different neighbors. Our Compressor blew and instead of replacing the whole unit they replaced the compressor, coil, and some other parts. They were prompt, honest, and affordable. Our AC is running great and it’s nice and cold. 🥶. It’s nice to know there is a company you can trust.

I’ve been using Southern Air for over a year. When I moved into my home they helped dial in the unit to balance airflow throughout the house. The people are friendly and scheduling is easy. Their maintenance plan is reasonably priced. Tim recently came out to perform winter maintenance and did a great job. He was willing to answer all of my questions about filters, thermostats, etc. which I really appreciate.

Kelly Smith gave us a good explanation in detail with professionalism from inspection. Roger Love and the crew did on excellent job of installing the new system. Southern Air Mechanical LLC is one of the best and very professional HVAC company that I have ever worked in with as a home owner. They are the one who have installed our HVAC unit to our brand new home in Weatherford. From day one, they are always accommodating and quick to resolve issue I bring to their attention. Very satisfied with the warranty work and maintenance they do for all their units. They come on time and all technicians are very professional . Big shout out to Leslie, Stephanie, Jose A. and John S. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Southern Air has been excellent in every way. I have used them for years and most recently had a new furnace installed. Every interaction with them has been great and I highly recommend this company. They are always professional and efficient.

I had my a/c system checked today. I’ve been doing business with Southern Air since 2010.They the best A/C company I’ve ever had. Today John Schwmacher came out. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he had done. Showed me my filter changed out my UV bulb. He was so thorough even checked my duct work, told me they looked good. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a tech be so good.You won’t be sorry if you choose this company.

I have been using Southern Air since 2007. This week my AC stopped working, I called early and the technician, Jose Olazaba, arrived by noon and gave me several options to repair. He called their office and their sales rep Kelly was able to locate the unit I needed and that night the new AC unit was delivered. Jose came back out and completed the install about 9 pm. Great service and everything completed same day!

The best home service/repair experience weve had in many years. These guys are very professional & considerate from the owners to the sales & installation personnel. Competitive pricing & quality products! A family member utilized them & referred us to them as well.

I have been using this company since 2007 and they are the only ones I trust with my home. I have used others and nobody compares. They sell fairly cheap maintenance agreements which I find to be valuable with all the benefits it has and their technician Tim is professional and courteous.

We had both our a/c units serviced by Tim today. He did a great job. He is very thorough and precise. He made a couple of minor adjustments which he explained very well. We have been so pleased with Southern Air and highly recommend them if you need new units or service to your existing units.

This is above an beyond.New custom home in Brock Texas, 3 different trades dropped the ball and put a critical project behind schedule. This wasn’t Southern Air and Mechanical problem, yet Clint the owner got a full team out at6:30 pm on a Friday night to power up a system!I asked the team lead, what Clint did to bribe you and to get you out here tonight, he says,Honestly Clint treats us right if he asks, we do it.Folks, in this economy all the trades are slammed. Tim did a wonderful job servicing our AC unit, shared what he did, and found a buildup in our drain line that was causing the unit to cut out intermittently- thank you! Southern Air had always had wonderful and courteous service for us.

I had a service call with Southern air this morning, which luckily turned out to be very minor and was able to be fixed in moments. The technician that came out was Tim Sauder, and Jeremy. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and provided the service and guidance I needed with, the new thermostat.

Southern Air has been great taking care of our AC systems. Tim is a great communicator, from the minute he entered our house and described exactly what needed fixing, to letting us know what the fix and next steps were.

We called Southern Air for a 2nd opinion after not seeing much confidence from the 1st HVAC company we had initially called to inspect our HVAC unit. And Im glad we did! Kyle from Southern Air came out and provided 10x more insight on the potential issues and resolutions for the repair than the other company gave us. We are a return customer after 17 years of using Southern Air, in the 17 years we used them on our 1st unit we only called them for service. They were always there without any issues. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They had to install a new inside unit yesterday. We were very pleased with the work ethics they have. Hard to find anyone like this anymore. We highly recommend Southern Air Mechanical! Colten is usually our technician. He is professional, prompt, does a wonderful job, and has a cheerful attitude. We really could not ask for more. Other technicians weve had from Southern Air have also been great. We have their yearly service plan which keeps everything running well and reduces the likelihood of having major issues and costly repairs. I think so highly of them that I even recommended them to my Mom, who now also has their service plan to take care of her HVAC system.

I never write reviews but I had to because of Stephanie! Our system froze up. I called Southern Air and they were able to get someone out same day within the evening hours that I would be available. The technician found a leak in our coils. He refilled our system with freon and checked the system for anything else that could be wrong. The technician also said it might be still under warranty. I dreaded having to look up the information to make a warranty claim. But the next morning Stephanie from Southern Air called and had every tidbit of information needed. She has the serial number, the manufacturers name and number, the name and number for the company that installed the unit, and how long I had left on my warranty. She did every bit of the leg work I was dreading without anyone asking!!! Thank you Stephanie and Southern Air!!

Ive used this company twice within a year - once to install an air handler and more recently to replace a part on the outside unit. Both technicians were informative, professional and patient with me while answering several questions. A technician arrived within 24 hours of request. I will be using them in future.Update Dec. 2023I used Southern Air to replace our 2nd unit that needed replaced right before Christmas. They worked with me on a payment plan that worked with my budget. The install was done quickly and professionally.

Could not ask for better service! They notified us when we were next o. The list and they called when they were on the way. They came out and could feel that the house was not cooling. The engineer sat down and let my dad explain the history with the ac unit and the engineer went to work. When he found the problem he explained everything that they were doing and by the time the engineer left our house had cooled to the correct temperature. The engineer took time to find the actual problem. We will be loyal customers!

Service and quality work is alive and well at Southern Air. Clint was patient in answering all my questions regarding replacement of my main AC unit. Returned all my phone calls promptly. Flaco and team arrived on time, covered my floors, and kept me posted as they worked in 100+ heat to instal new unit. Very professional and long tenor, experienced crew. Colten provided service on my 2nd unit, keeping it alive for abit longer to ease the pain of 2 units going out at same time. I spoke with 3 other AC companies and Clints company far exceeded expectations; so glad my co-worker referred me to them. I highly recommend Southern Air.

Love this company. Grandmas A/C went out and called them. Technicians were out within an hour and had the problem solved timely. Colten was polite and honest about everything he did, as well as his assistant. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

So thankful for Southern Air. We were without AC during June due to issues caused by another AC company. Colton came out the same day just to help us out and was able to get our situation assessed quickly. Very professional and great communication!

I have had to call these fine folks on a new home for a few issues and they have shown up same day in bad weather with a smile and a fix each time. Cant recommend them high enough. AMAZING SERVICE and friendly people.

The service people and the staff who answers the phone and schedules appointments are very friendly.We had so many questions and he was very knowledgeable about everything. They did not gouge us like so many companies are doing right now, camouflaging under inflation.These are good people. Call them. They will be honest with you and you wont regret making the call.

Knowledgeable staff showed up when expected and went out of there way to make sure everything was in order before leaving.

Luis did our fall service today and was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure all our questions were answered. (Southern Air also installed our Lennox system in 2016 for a good price and good workmanship on the install.)

Good service and cheaper than other places around town for a 2 AC replacement. 2 year warranty helps with the smaller issues that arise. The last tech that check our heating was awesome, tall youth blonde guys, super nice and knowledgeable.

Tim was on scene within two hours of our call for help. He was exceedingly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.

Very efficient, pleasant, kept me informed what was going on. Ran a but late due to prior job taking longer. Very happy to have heat b4 the bad weather comes in. . Thanks Southern Air.

On the positive side the dispatcher and technician was very efficient and courteous, and they came out the same day I called. They charged $99 plus parts to replace a capacitor, which is a total of 10 minutes worth of work. Pretty standard. What surprised me was that they charged $250 for a part you can get for $35 on Amazon, and their cost for that same part is less than that. I know they have to make money, but a 700% markup on parts is a little high. When I complained they reduced the cost of the part to $150, so I give them some credit for at least listening to the customer and working with me. On a 102 degree day I didn’t have a lot of recourse (if I sent them away I would have still been out $99 AND my system would still be broken). I understand the many costs that go along with running this type of business, but I feel like the price mark-up on parts is out of whack. I will probably look elsewhere next time.

I had Southern Air come out to look at my A/C unit and apparently it just had a dirty air filter.I had a new one still in the package so the tech replaced the old filter with this new one that I already owned and charged me $70 to replace and the entire visit cost be $230 and they were here about 10 minutes.I guess this ensured that their commission would be higher if they charge for basically nothing.I will never used their service as long as I need A/C and being in Texas thats a long time

First visit, the AC guys immediately blame the plumbers. OK. We show them a knick in the line and they say oh maybe its the AC but check with the plumber. OK. Plumber comes out and says nope nothing is clogged and we took apart the p-trap to make sure everything was OK and this is an AC problem. Call Southern Air again and they send Phillip. Phillip appears to be on meth and is tweaking violently as he rudely says call a plumber. This is my third service call in 2 days, we just need a resolution. Every time we talk about how everything unfolded Phillip interrupts and says call a plumber. Phillip also says he fixed the issue and we will not have the issue any longer but its not an AC issue.Absolutely deplorable customer service by the AC technicians. Ive always had great service with Southern Air until now.

I have called this company for the last 5 years every time i have a problem and they have always been very professional and affordable. I will continue to use them for all my ac and heat needs. Great company and great people. Give them a call.
