DJ came out and looked over our unit that suddenly stopped working. DJ talked to me about the issue we were experiencing, took his time to diagnose the issue. He came out quickly and was able to get us up and running within a few hours. There’s a couple more things that need fixing but we can at least be warm during the cold weather. We appreciate the help from DJ and his respect.

We had a small leak from our indoor unit, and Dwight came in and checked for any issues, as well as answered our questions, and explained what he was doing. Super helpful being new homeowners, so that if something happens in the future we know what to check for. Thank you!

My ac went out last night and I was able to message Dwight the next morning. He responded in 20 minutes that he could hopefully fit me in that morning, and would give me updates on when he would be heading to my house. Even after a holiday, he was able to fit me in and was very professional on helping us with our need of ac, especially with this Texas heat. He got it up and running in under an hour and he was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about the ways to help keep our unit running properly. Thank you, Dwight for helping our family!!!

I guess in every review, you always have the one person who gives a company a 1 star review. This is the first time it has been me - i usually give companies 3-5 stars, never seen a company I had to do worse with.I am not sure if the issue is so much the company as the tech. I am not sure what the issue was, but he had been out four times (although the first time was an inspection). The tech was friendly enough, I really liked him, but the problem is, it has now been two weeks and the issue is still not resolved. He first told me I needed a cleaning, and scheduled an appointment for a week later for that. During the process, he knocked down the vent cover in the bathroom. After he finished, it was cooling off VERY slowly. I was able to get it down to 82 that night, woke up the next morning and my ceiling was soaked. Sent pictures into the office, the tech came back out, and said it was freezing up, and this was probably because he didnt put back in as much freon as he took out. He came out again the next day and put more freon in it, and it got down to 76 before it froze up again. Took pictures, turned off unit, let it thaw, started it back up. Since then I can get it down to 82 in the day and 80 at night without it freezing up - take it down lower than that, and it freezes up. Have not heard back from company. Called Home Warranty company , they got in touch with Diamond M, and said they would have a tech out that day or the next. Towards end of next day, called home warranty company back up, they got in touch with Diamond M, and said the following day would be the earliest they could get someone out. Both me and the Home Warranty company decided it was time to switch service providers.I get that its the busy season, but you need to do something right the first time, or else do what you can to make it right. My system is now in worse shape than when they originally came out, and they stopped communication with me.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt for this company Id make an exception. Diamond M has been servicing and installing my HVAC systems for years. I havent ever had an issue with the customer service, technicians, or warranty personnel. All have been a pleasure to do business with. Each time Ive needed service theyve made sure I get taken care and the job is done right the first time. Id recommend this company and have referred them to several people that have been thankful I have for their expertise in the HVAC industry.

Last Friday our AC wasnt working in our office. We called DM Mechanical Services Air Conditioning and Heating and they sent service technician out after hours. The technician was extremely helpful and had the system up and running in no time. The tech even had the parts on his truck he needed to repair. We have found our local HVAC company and would recommend DM Mechanical to anyone. .

DJ does solid work, he knows his business and gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner. And he doesnt charge you for unnecessary repairs. He is honest and hardworking.
