Home Services at The Home Depot

Quoted me $1400 to replace my water heater and said it may be a couple hundred dollars if there was any additional plumbing required. Tech came out and quoted $2400. Customers dont appreciate the bait and switch.

Very pleasant experience @ this store!Dillon was a very pleasant, courteous, and professional young man (had the pleasure of him helping me quickly on both of my visits).Was able to quickly get through the pro desk on both trips, and Lisa was very friendly, knowledgeable, and good at her job there. I ordered Front door for my house, after a month later installation guy come out to installed the front door, But guy said - His Buddy got Wrong Measurement, door needs to be cut , after that I contact Home depot surprisingly heard I have to wait at least 3 weeks to door will be ship the Home depot from manufacturing and another months to come back to installation , seems like will take 3 months just a get Front Door to be installation very very UNPROFESSIONAL
