Steve Isley at this location is awesome. I will be going out of my way to use this Lennox location.

This location has some of the best employees in the industry. Chelsea is very helpful. She helped me understand and has walked me through the online ordering and warranty claim process. This has streamlined the process and saved us both time!

Ive been dealing directly with this store on a weekly (daily in summer) basis since it opened and have been thoroughly satisfied the service and staff there. Theyve been really great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.My only gripe is that the store is not regularly stocked with some of the most common items such as capacitors, refrigerant, etc. And sometimes in the middle of summer when that seems just unacceptable.

I called they told me they had the parts I needed, I drove 45 min. When I got there they told me that some one else ordered the part and it was the last one... Parts counters always inform customer if there is only one left.... This in my opinion is the result of rookies or training..Most of the time service is decent.

Great service! Those guys are awesome and will do anything to get you taken care of. One of the better locations in my opinion!
