Ever since Todd took over this store has gotten so much better. Its obvious he cares, we havent got the best service in the past at this location, as long as Todd is here we will be more inclined to buy here. If Todd leaves we will take our business elsewhere. Paying for the carrier brand is not worth it if we cant get straight answers or if we have to wait an hour just to load a system up. Carrier needs to take notes on how Todd runs this store.

We have 2 units at our house. We’ve had to replace parts in both units. These units are both 10 years old now. The larger unit has had to have the compressor replaced 3 times and the other one twice. In April we had to have a coil replaced in the smaller unit. It was under warranty for parts only then. We paid approximately $500 for labor. It is now August & it quit running yet again. The coil that we got replaced is leaking & the unit warranty ran out in May. You would assume that the faulty part would still be replaced, but no. It will cost around $2000 + labor. In other words. We will never buy another Carrier again! We were sold a lemon & haven’t had any help with this reaccurring problem.
I have to say every time I go there they have the part, and great service, the guys there super nice. You need guys like that. After all a lot of us are on the rooftop or attic. We are not the happiest guys lol. Give them a raise !
I hate walking up on Carrier units because I can never get connected to the parts counter. I joke with my customers that it is easier to replace the unit than it would be to pay me to try and call Carrier. Sold 2 Trane units with that joke last month. Thanks for nothing CE
Worst phone wait times! They claim text is an option but I havent received a text back either. Been on hold for over 60 mins and text time response is the same
We have visit the store this morning havent been welcome in ,the guy works on the far left from the staff was very nice and helped us 5☆ but the other two didnt even care and they have a racist attitude and this isnt the only visit I noticed that . Looking forward to have a good visit next time.
What a joke this place is! This is the only carrier location that I can never seem to get decent service from the counter reps! Every time Im in there, when theres no other customers in the store, they act like Im interrupting them and dont want to be bothered!
As a contractor I rely on manufacturers to supply repair parts. Trying to deal with these people was bad enough before Covid but now it’s even more ridiculous. In the end it’s just frustration for me. The homeowners that have Carrier equipment are the ones that suffer.
Long waits at times but counter staff is friendly and take care of you quickly. This is a large location so they normally have what you are looking for here
You guys might as well close this store.Its poorly managed and you guys dont stock parts.Ive seen hot dog stands managed better.
