Great service and customer service. Extremely satisfied with the results. The entire process was very smooth. I highly recommend if you havent had your ducts cleaned. I was provided before and after pictures and was amazed by the difference. I could only imagine how much dust and mold was in my ducts until I saw for myself.

Paul and his assistant expertly removed hardened lint from my dryer vent. It was a fire hazard, and they meticulously worked around my custom tile to remove all the material clogging it. Both were pleasant & professional!

Fantastic job from Mr Duct Cleaner all the way around. All of the people I spoke with on the phone were quite friendly, in addition to being very knowledgable.Everyone communicated well including having to reschedule my service at my request because the job they were doing before my afternoon appointment went longer than anticipated. I thought my duct cleaning might take a good while too since it had not been cleaned in a long time. The technicians arrived in uniform a few minutes early and had communicated well prior to the appointment as well.The guys worked diligently, but not rushed without a break, I assume so they wouldnt make mistakes. The work took 2 hours longer than the projected time frame because my vents were very dirty but the guys checked in with me periodically to show me what was going on and the difference between the dirty and the clean also explaining how our air quality must have been affected.When finished they cleaned up very well and showed us the final results. We are very pleased with the results we have been suffering with allergies for a long time and I can only speak for myself at this point but mine were noticeably better the day of the service.Do yourself a favor if you haunt cleaned your HVAC ducts in several years and get them cleaned by Mr. Duct. The may not be the cheapest out there but they arent a fly by night company and they do things the right way for a reasonable price.

I am a contractor and I needed ductwork cleaned on a job I was getting the AC/Heat replaced within a week. I called at the last minute to get our ducts cleaned and these guys gave me a great price and were here on the date promised. I have worked directly with Les on several projects. I am able to schedule Mr. Duct Cleaner with ease at different locations even. The before and the after pics of some of the ductwork they have cleaned makes our customers feel they should of done this earlier and happy to have it complete. The technician they contracted to come out and sanitize our air ducts oversprayed and damaged my ceiling. I called 3 times to request assistance and they just put me off, telling me the technician would call me to set up an evaluation that never happened. No voicemail,, text or email.Beware they are just a scheduling service and do not have their own technicians

Very pleased with the professionalism of the workers and with the quality of the service provided. They cleaned, disinfected, and sealed all the ducts, air intakes and vents. I’m literally breathing normally again; our HVAC system was sick, and they cured all its ills.

Great experience with them across the board. It was very easy to set the appt which ended up being over text because I missed their initial call. Once the crew was at our house, Wyatt asked a few questions to get the lay of the land before letting me know exactly what their plan was and what to expect. Dr Duct Cleaner responded to our call very fast. They have our cleaning scheduled just in about 2 weeks. The pricing is reasonable. In the early morning of the day, their crew of 2 came and worked on the cleaning until afternoon. These guys are so friendly and professional. There are a lot of these companies offering the same services. This company has a great reputation and so I hired them. They’ve been in business several years, and therefore I had a high level of trust that they would do a good job. In fact, they exceeded my expectations, and the staff was very professional, the workers were very clean and courteous. They provided me with before and after pictures of the cleaning inside of the air ducts Which was very impressive to me. They also discovered that I had a duct that had separated from the original install and was creating a problem in my return. I have them replace the whole duct as well as a couple of more that were due to be replaced. I highly recommend this company.

This group just completed work for us. They were timely and efficient. I wish they had been a bit more personable and had explained the process. We had a fire in our master bathroom and we had Mr. Duct come out to clean our AC units and ducting. With a house fire and all of the appointments that need to be made, it starts to feel overwhelming, however Lynne took great care of us and sent someone out for a quote, quickly. Ive seen the Mr. Duct Cleaner vans running around Stacy Road near the Outlet areas. I decided to give them a call and get an estimate. After reviewing a few other companies, I got a good rate from Mr. Duct Cleaner and they beat out a few other accredited cleaners. They came early and cleaned everything connected to the HVAC system quite well. Im extremely satisfied and can rest easy that Im no longer breathing clogged and dirty air. I lack the words to express my gratitude for the work performed by Mr. Duct Cleaner. My house is old, and the team was very thorough and meticulous. I am recovering from lung issues, and Mr. Duct Cleaner has sped up the process.

The young men who did the work were friendly and brought me my Amazon shipment from off the porch and were good workers. I just believe that they didn’t know my dryer vent was supposed to be cleaned and the gentleman in charge of them was gone after he got them started. He never returned to check on them and they collected the fee themselves. After they left, my wife reminded me about the dryer vent and I noticed supplies left on my patio. I called the office they were sent back. The 3 stars is for the hard working young men that did the work and the offices quick response to my dryer vent not being done. Don’t know if I would use them again.

I wished I had called Mr. Duct Cleaner sooner. They did an excellent job from setting up the appointment to having the technicians out. Communication was on point! The technicians covered areas where they were working, cleaned the ducts, answered questions and showed me before and afters of the ducts. The house smells different and it has definitely helped with my allergy/asthma problems.

The individuals working for this company are so kind. Fantastic company! I managed this project for my elderly friend. They helped with a discount and they were always either on time or ahead of schedule. One of the best service companies I have ever worked with! I would highly recommend this company for all of your ductwork. My friends old ductwork was full of mold and Mr. Duct Cleaner removed the old moldy ductwork, and replaced with top quality duct work and sealed all the boots and replaced the moldy vent registers. They also installed an Air Scrubber, which I highly recommend.

My family recently moved into an old house. The previous owners had neglected to ever clean the ducts and we had soot like particles coming out of the vents. Mr. Duct Cleaner came out and cleaned all the ducts and vents and even treated the ducts for bacterial growth. This company was sent to do my duct work by my A/C company (a company I really respect), and I can see why they use this company. Chris and Eric arrived on time, they explained the entire process, they did all the necessary prep work, they completed the job thoroughly, and they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them!

I was notified of who was coming and when. Then that they were on their way. Ran a little late but it was Monday morning. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves in the house. Very helpful and polite. Considerate of me and my house. Did forget some of their equipment and I had to call to tell them to come back. Be aware that they ask for a tip when you pay the bill. I gave them one but only because it would have been very awkward to refuse. I dont think that I should have to tip this type of worker for this type of work. The guy even told me in the course of the day that he made good money.

Rude customer service! Lady told me I was being argumentative when I was simply asking questions to get clarification of the exact service provided for the quoted price, and if the price would change if some of the services are not necessary.For instance, the vent covers do NOT exist, because I’m replacing with new vents. The quoted service was for cleaning the ducts/unit, and removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of the vents.So I asked, if there are no vents, will the price change? The lady immediately went into a storybook description of the cleaning details. I told her I just want to know the price to clean the ducts. She again went into a long story of unnecessary information without answering the question. So when I asked for a third time about a price for the only service I need, she then told me that they might not be the company for me and that I’m being argumentative!Wow! I was shocked. Who says that to a completely calm customer simply asking questions? This lady needs to get a clue on how to talk to a customer.So long story short, you get a quote for what the service they want to provide, regardless of what you actually want or need, and you can take it or leave it.For heaven sake don’t ask and questions because you won’t get a straight answer. Dealing with this lady was like talking to a shady car salesman. They just want your money.

We found all safe through a friend that used them. We found droppings in our attic. Larry Did an inspection, placed some traps and sprayed. He is very thorough and helpful for a very fair price. Well done.

The young men greeted me at the door and introduced themselves. (Chris?) on time, professional, used drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up after themselves. It was spotless when they left. IWould highly recommend this company!

Caution!! Jason who was the product manager came out and assessed our air vents and ac system in the attic. He then told us we had mold on our coils up in the attic and needed to have them sealed along with ducts being cleaned. I had my a/c guy come out to just double check to make sure this was correct and he found “NO Mold” anywhere in our system. I tried to reach back out to Jason and he never responded. I am very very disappointed with this company. Make sure if you have them do an assessment that they show proof of their findings.

Our technicians came out, took care of everything and we’re very professional. I will definitely be using them again.

We were having a new AC/Heat system installed in our house which is ~2000sq.ft, and we wanted to have the ducts inspected/cleaned since wed never done it since moving in 4 years ago. We had one contractor come out and say it would be $2000 +tax (!!!) to clean the ducts, and treat the mold (at $150-200 per duct). Then I called Les at Mr. Duct Cleaner, and he told me right on the phone their fee per duct, and that they include the mold/mildew killer as part of the service. Short story = $450 for the whole duct system cleaning with Mr. Duct Cleaner.The guys came to our house on a Saturday, had the job done in ~2.5 hours, were very courteous, and cleaned up EVERYTHING. I am very satisfied, our heat is blowing better than ever through the house (cold rooms are now warm!), and for a very reasonable price.

Wonderful, efficient service ! We could not have asked for a better experience. Les was here within 30 minutes of calling him to clean out the dryer vent. I really appreciated the flat fee so we knew exactly what to expect. They are definitely on our list of go tos for any type of vent cleaning.

I had North Texas Duct Cleaning to my house last week to clean my furnace and vacuum the ducts - 30 year old home, they had never been cleaned. They showed up ON TIME, were very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. The lead tech explained what they were going to do, and he gave me periodic updates on how the job was going and how my furnace looked, even called me over to show me some slight rust in the furnace - but told me it wasnt a serious issue. No surprises when I got the bill!!! I had scheduled a different company two weeks ago, but when they got here the quote was TWICE AS HIGH as what they quoted over the phone. I sent them away and called NTDC. I strongly suggest you do the same.

Jason & his crew of 4 came on time & cleaned 19 vent covers & air ducts plus cleaned 2 furnaces. They laid floor covers throughout the house, brought in equipment & were very careful with all furniture & accessories. The house is 24 years old & doubt they had ever been cleaned, very gross. They also took before/after photos.

Attic heater; one outdoor a/c unit. Timely, personable, explained what would be done. I hope they did a good job bcs I dont know what Im looking for!! I feel sure theyd make it right if something were not done correctly. The gentleman was kind enough to install a heater filter (that I had on hand; not part of the service) for me bcs I dont climb in the attic, anymore! Would use again! mb

The 3 representatives arrived 1.5 hours late, which was fine on its own because they let me know they would be a little late. Then they walked in with no protective foot covering, talking in depth to one another about the previous job and the excessive mold. Im left to wonder, are they dragging mold all over my home? Then before they left,  the leader told me he would put everything back as it was before they started. That never happened.  They were so concerned with leaving and money collection,  that they left furniture in random spots all over my home. I feel as though I did not receive the quality services I was promised and paid for and at this point, would not recommend the service to anyone. After reaching out to the owner, he dismissively stated that they usually dont do these things.
