I purchased a Groupon for cleaning one room. They came to my house to clean and them told me $156 to clean the room. I told them to cancel and then they had their boss call me. He then offered to clean the room for $100. I already paid for it with Groupon but agreed to pay with my credit card. They said they would be back in 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I call them back and he says he cant accept credit card and never came. I went to Groupon to get my refund and they denied my refund. Merchant says they provided service to my satisfaction. I then provided photos of my uncleaned carpet and they still denied it. I then called them and recorded the conversation of him admitting I didnt receive service and I still was denied a refund. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I ordered another cleaning company to clean my room who was cheaper, with or without groupon, and provided excellent service. There are better providers in the area, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE LYING THIEVES.

Awesome stuff Spotless Ducts Services! Very professional, came in early and was quick to finish without compromising quality. Ducts cleaned properly and my place was kept and retained as it was. Really appreciate all the efforts and will surely use your service moving forward.

I found your company on Groupon and attempted to use their service. The tech came out very quickly and before you know it- devaluing you Groupon and said I needed $500 worth of work. The tech with the straight face told me I had 2 main ducts in my house- (lie #1 - which of course is a charge). Then he said I had 10 feet of dryer vent (lie #2- which of course is an extra charge). I didnt bother to tell him that Ive used other companies and they didnt have any of these findings. After lying about the services needed- again with a straight face- he says itll cost me $500 to the work. Imagine buying a $60 Groupon and then being told we cant honor the Groupon but we can charge you $500! Oh! And get this! When I refused service he said- I can take off $20 if thats better! I dont know what kind of scam this tech is running or if he just didnt want to do the job... but buyers be aware!

They respond quick and give me a detailed quote for air duct and dryer vent cleaning . The technician arrived on schedule and did a neat job. He wears mask and feet protection, and explain the procedure clearly . The price is the lowest among the 3 quotes I asked. I was pretty happy with their service.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning and every time they schedule the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances they never show up. I’ve been cancelled over 3x in a row. Not reliable!
