Alphatek Air Conditioning and Heat

Alphatek air conditioning and heating was assigned by my warranty company to a heating problem that I had at my house and I had the most positive experience with them. Their team was very professional, always showed up on time and explained the situation and tried their best to resolve my issue and eventually the warranty company approved a new furnace unit, which the Aphatek team installed in a very proficient manner. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone who’s considering hiring an AC and heating contractor.

Mr Zaki came out promptly after we called about our broken A/C unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and got our air working again. Upon completion of the job, he very kindly fried us up a delicious falafel in our kitchen! 10/10 would recommend!!!

The first contractor our warranty company sent out said they fixed our air conditioner, but the fix only lasted for about an hour after they left. We complained to the warranty company, and they sent out Alphatek - clearly they too know who is going to get the job done.This is the second time Alphatek was sent to repair our HVAC systems, and both times, Ive been so impressed by how incredibly methodical and thorough he was in tracking down our systems issues. On both occasions, he diagnosed the problem and fixed/replaced just the broken part, he never called our system outdated or said we should think about replacement. This particular repair took some serious sleuthing to identify, but he found it and just like that, our 18 year old AC is back up and running like new!I STRONGLY recommend calling Alphatek for all of your HVAC needs!

Mr Zaki is extremely knowledgeable and a hoot to talk to. Best eyebrows in hvac hands down. No one touches my equipment but him. He services all my family and friends. Highly recommended this company.

The Alphatek team is great. My home warranty company originally sent a different contractor to perform a repair. They took almost a week to schedule an appointment and then tried to add a bunch of ridiculous non-covered charges. I asked for a new contractor and was assigned Alphatek.They arrived the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The home warranty company decided to replace my heat pump. Once the unit arrived, Alphatek picked it up and installed the next day. The entire installation only took about an hour.Nice guys, very responsive and great services. Thanks Alphatek.

I hired Alphatek when my heater wasnt working. The technician was nice , he worked with my schedule and came at a suitable time. He understood the problem and explained it to me. He gave me a descent price and fixed it in a reasonable time. I recommend Alphatek and i will definitely call them again if i have any problems with my heater or AC.

As my warranty company asked for over $2300 to repair the coil that was leaking, I started looking to replace the whole system instead..Alphatek provided me with the system that I needed in less than a week, when others would ask for 3 weeks and more. Price was competitive and service was great, on time, and they were true professionals. The whole job was done in 4 to 5 hours and they Covered all exposed surfaces and cleaned after themselves. Given that my second unit is of the same age and I expect it to also fail soon, I will go ahead and order the 2nd unit as well. Those guys are great and I definitely recommend them..

Alphatek was the second company we hired when our A/C went out after the first company tried to replace our entire unit with no information as to why. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit, and we heard about Alphatek and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly over the phone, and came right when they told us! When they came to our house, they were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They were quick but did a good job, and now our air conditioning is working better than it ever has. Very reasobly priced, trustworthy, and convient. Highly recommend!

This is a great company. The technician Joseph is amazing. He is professional, attentive, and trusty. Highly recommend! He came in 30 min after the call and fixed the problem, which electricians from another company could not fix, though not hesitated to charge for it.

Alphatek was sent by my home warranty company Fideilty on 05.22.2017 due to an issue with my AC unit. The technician was extremely rude. He could not clearly communicate as he didnt speak much English and mostly just pointed and grunted. What little he did speak, he was aggressive, bossy, and treated me like an ignorant, submissive housewife. At first he refused to even check my unit because he wrongly assumed that it wasnt wired properly. After struggling to get him to understand that an electrician had already rewired it properly, he reluctantly agreed to inspect it. However, he barely looked at it, said it was a bad compressor, and he would call Fidelity for clearance to order the part. After two days of radio silence, I called Fidelity only to find out that Alphatek reported that they werent able to figure out the issue and to dispatch a different company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would as they effectively accomplishing nothing but wasting my time.

Alphatek was sent to me by my insurance company after my heater broke, The guy was very respectful, he understood what the problem was very quickly and explained to me. He also came back with the part and got it done in a very reasonable time .

I called Alphatek when my AC was not blowing cold air. The technician came to my house and explained the problem to me in a very respectful manner, and fixed the problem very quickly. I will definitely call alphatek next time I have a problem with my AC.

I called him with a broken AC one evening. The very next morning he came out. Within 5 minutes, he found the problem and 10 minutes later he got it working again. The price was very reasonable and there were no subsequent problems. Thumbs up for this guy.
