American Heritage Air Conditioning & Heating Solutions

I have been trying to call them for several days to get maintenance done on my furnace, but their phone is disconnected. So, I sent an email through their website, and there is still no response. I have used them in the past, and they were excellent, but now they don’t respond to requests for service.

I had to call American Heritage Air this week and was very pleased with my compressor repair and getting for furnace back in shape for the winter. Chris the technician explained what needed to be done and even gave some good options! I was very grateful and I’m on a fixed budget. So I definitely recommend American Heritage Air to anyone looking for an air conditioner & heating company.

Just had a whole new A/C system installed by American Heritage a week ago. They were easy to work with and so far everything is working great. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, the service did not feel as professional or reliable as we had hoped and our air conditioner still had issues afterward, leaving us frustrated in the texas heat. Not a good experience.

We had American Heritage Air out on Saturday to take a look at our air conditioning condenser. Our technician Scott was great. He replaced a capacitor and also serviced our furnace before it gets too cold. He didn’t try to sell me more parts like so many other companies do. Their prices were lower than other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely be using them in the future when it is time to replace my ac unit.

Nick was amazing, very informative and friendly. His team was great as well. Completed work on time. Nick took the time to really explain the warranties and the maintenance plan. I never felt that Nick was ever pushy regarding what was needed to repair my AC unit.

The only company to respond to an emergency call on a Sunday night. Nick quickly restored my AC and advised a more permanent solution. I am currently convalescent and very much appreciated his patience and kindness. The new system was installed quickly with a minimum disruption. OMG! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our upstairs was not cooling on our first warm day of the season. It was after dinner we placed a call and they were quick to respond and punctual. Thats a big plus for me. In one hour we were up and running. Kids were very happy to have cool air for the night. Technician went right to work and found the issue pretty quickly— he also physically some badly clogged drain lines that needed serious blowout as water had almost filled the drain pan in the attic because of the clogged drain lines. He was informative, honest and definitely knew his job. I highly recommend this AC company— they do not work on commission and are quick to get us back and running! Awesome service!

Called them due to temp not dropping to the set temp in thermostats and they picked up the phone on Sunday like a pro. Turned out to be dirty air filters (oops) and Nick explained about aging AC units. Super reliable, not sales driven but customer driven service with a lot of valuable information about potential replacement of our units in the future (our units are about 10 years old).
