Stallons stands behind their work. They did our new install 2 years ago and anytime we have had issues they are always quick to respond. The techs are always very polite and clearly explain what the issue is. I highly recommend this company!

We were noticing our AC not keeping up and called Stallons. Tech showed up when we were told they would and did a thorough inspection of our unit. He noticed that the coil was leaking Freon. Everything he showed me was correct and honest. He also informed me that the coil should be under warranty if we filled out the online registration when the unit was installed. It was and they ordered the new coil and installed it as soon as it came in. I’m always skeptical of AC companies, but not anymore. We will always use Stallone going forward. Everything they did was professional and above and beyond.

I called Stallons a/c this morning and they were here asap. Fixed the clogged drain and give me a lot of information on maintenance for my system. Thank you guys for the fast response and getting it all fixed within 30 minutes. I’ll definitely will use your company in the future. And will let others know how good and honest your company is.

Stallings came out the day I called needing repair had a failed motor and a failed board of some sort. They did a bypass so my air conditioner could work until they receive the parts within 48 hours. They were back at my house. Repaired my unit within 30 minutes and, everything was just wonderful. These guys are great.

STALLONS AC did an amazing job replacing my old broken down air conditioner with a beautiful brand new one. They even replaced the platform the AC sits on!! I was so impressed with not only the awesome job they did but also with the way the cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn’t even know that anyone had been there. Stallons has been my go-to AC contractor for several years now. Most recently, I called in at 7pm for my unit not working. Galileo was at my home by 10:30am the next morning and quickly assessed our problem. We discussed several options and decided on a complete system replacement (it was long overdue). The crew showed up right on time as scheduled and had the work done before noon. Galileo walked me through all of the new installation as well as the warranties. Stallons techs have saved us money by giving an honest 2nd opinion more than once! We were using a local company to do biannual maintenance, and they lied twice about systems needing to be replaced. Stallons came, took photographs each time, and explained why we were fine. They saved us thousands. When our 5 ton finally died, we got quotes from different places and went with Stallons.They always come when they say they will, they do an excellent job, they leave everything cleaned up, and they are highly professional. Very competent. I trust them.

The woman on the phone was great with scheduling my appointment and kept me updated when an appointment prior to mine took a little longer than planned. Clint and Noah came to the house to take a look at our leaking A/C unit. They were both very sweet and got the issue taken care of quickly. Clint showed me how to replace my air filters, something I appreciated greatly. I 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to use again in the future.

It takes a truly exceptional in every way experience to get that 5th star from this guy. I could not be happier with the honest (emphasis), professional, and thorough service I received from Stallons. Galileo came to my home and provided a quote to replace my circa 1998 central HVAC system. Very quickly I could tell he wasnt trying to sell/ upsell me equipment, but to meet my needs while offering sage and honest professional advice. This was very refreshing in a sea of contractors that will placate and swindle you into things you dont need or want for the profit maximization factor. He was able to get me a quote later that same day with three upfront pricing (emphasis) options that were very competitive. They got me worked into the schedule just before the Texas furnace fires up, installed my new system, taking their time to check and recheck that everything was high functioning. Afterward they cleaned up the aftermath and left the attic space and compressor pad area, honestly, better than they found it. The system works fantastic. I have dealt with many many HVAC outfits in my life and let me tell ya what you will find in Stallons is a very rare breath of fresh air (pun intended) in the industry. Bravo Stallons. Never change.

I can not say enough about the service Stallons AC provided me on the coldest streak in December when my system decided to fail. I needed a complete replacement inside and out. I called and and they were here the next day installing. The system was very reasonably priced. The 3 guys were very knowledgeable answering all my questions. They cleaned up and had me running by the afternoon. Payment was easy with a credit card. I upgraded the thermostat and have been very pleased with all their work. I highly recommend their services!

Stallons Air Conditioning provided a well engineered system update in a very timely manner which was reasonably priced.In a time where construction is hot and supplies are scarce Stallons provided a system update on a 30 year system which produced a tremendous gain. Their team showed up and in eight hours did what I thought would take a week to complete. They updated our ventilation system and air-conditioners to a much more efficient standard with humidity regulation which allowed a lower thermostat setting with a much cooler lower cost result. They did this all in a very timely manner and based on the current marketplace were reasonably priced. I can highly recommend this company.

This was the first time we’ve used Stallons since signing up for their seasonal maintenance program. It was fantastic because they called me to set up our appointment and I didn’t have to try to remember — I usually remember once the weather gets extreme! Then I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before the technicians arrived — they were prompt, fast, protected my floors from bringing in wet feet during a downpour, and even cleaned up after themselves which DOES NOT happen with all subs and techs we have out to the house. A quick credit card payment and they headed out — it couldn’t have been easier and more effortless on MY part. LOVE THEM!

We have used Stallons the last two years which is now four years and still using Stallons since we bought our home in La Madera. They do my quarterly maintenance as well as replaced our Ac unit. So very pleased with Stallons AC! We had our old AC go out during the 110-degree weeks this summer and they squeezed us in the next day and got a new unit installed. Everyone was so easy to work with and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, I just had them go work on my mom’s unit and she was really happy with their work as well!

Stallons AC was amazing and very efficient. They came out the very next day and found the issue with my outside unit. They explained everything to me then started working on the outside unit. They even got up in my hot attic to check the inside unit and flushed out all the lines and then made a easier connection for us to flush out the units if we needed too. Wonderful customer service! And great work! We’ve had a long heatwave of over 100 degree temperatures lately. They were able to come by and service our struggling AC units swiftly.One thing I really liked, was that they called and asked what our situation was because there were other people who were completely without AC. We just needed a regular service. If I was one of those people without AC on a 105 degree day, I would be so grateful that Stallons goes out of their way to get to those who really need it first while still making sure they meet the needs of all of their customers. My AC stopped working on one of our hottest days this year. My house got up to 92. Everywhere I called was giving me 2-5 days until they could come out. When calling this place they squeezed me in that same day. They also gave me a time frame of 3-5 but showed up at 2:50. The tech was so nice, professional and so fast at fixing my AC. I was very impressed. Moving forward I will be using this company for all my AC needs.

My son told me about this company and I’m so glad he did. The first company that I called was trying to convince me that I needed a new unit, or a new motor, or another intake cut into the house somewhere, etc., with a handy notebook with all the pricing and financing options available. Turned out, the great people at Stallons diagnosed the problem as a simple part that needed to be replaced. Thank God! I will have them come out to do some duct work correction later in the spring. I trust their knowledge and integrity completely.

After having two other companies give us a diagnosis and estimate to repair our upstairs AC unit - both of whom said we needed entire unit replaced. I’m really sad that we found this A/C service just as we are about to move 30-45 minutes away from where they are located. This family owned business is awesome in every way in the two times they have serviced our HVAC system. They communicate when they’re en route, the techs are always kind and efficient in their work, and most importantly - they don’t tell you that you need a bunch of unnecessary stuff to bulk up the bill - and to add, they’re extremely price friendly!First time the owner showed up to fix a bad capacitor. He was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Second time today, we had two young gentlemen come out to service our HVAC since we are moving and agreed to have the A/C in tip top shape for the buyer before we close next week. The home inspector noted a few things on the inspection report and the service techs did their due diligence to check “every nook and cranny” of our inside and outside unit to make sure it was good to go for the new owner. I was expecting a bill for like $500 at the end of all of it - but nope! It was a simple $125 for everything and they were in and out in less than an hour. Definitely use this company if you live on the west side of Fort Worth or in Parker county! Can y’all come service Burleson to where we are moving to?! LOL I don’t want to use anyone else!

My heat and air unit stopped working. I was not looking forward to trying to find a reputable company to help me . This company Stallons spoke with me on the phone, scheduled an appointment for the following day . Called this morning to confirm and ask more questions and sent out 2 repair personnel. They were very professional . Had there Logo jackets on and fixed my system very fast. They checked everything out and collected a reasonable fee. Thank you for your service. Had these folks replace the condenser and air handler. They were very professional and did good work. Getting both the indoor and outdoor units replaced for less than $8500 was a heck of a deal! Id definitely recommend Stallons AC to anyone else.

We had the smell of smoke in the house and they replaced the defective part and all was well. They also rescued us last summer when the air conxitioner went out and we thought we were going to have to replace the unit. They located the problem and fixed it with out having to replace the unit yet. Integrity is the first word that comes to mind with Stallons.

I begin by saying, this was a tough issue! We got off to a rough start, but after voicing my issue with the first tech, Stallon went above and beyond to help resolve the issue! It was a leaking vent, no one has been able to fix. It took two additional trips, but fingers crossed, I think it’s finally fixed! If not, we already have a few other solutions ready to go! I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Stallon to anyone. Best customer service and willing to ensure they are helpful and responsive if there is an issue! Bravo!!!

Klint and Gali From Stallons AC in Aledo, TX came out today and checked out my AC unit. I thought I was looking at thousands, but checked it out & got away with a little over $200. “Sweet”They were very professional and did a great job of explaining the fix.They earned my trust for sure, :).

Same day appointment, tech was super knowledgeable, and helped us save money at the same time. On one of the hottest days our ac decided to stop working. Tech got us back up and working. Wont be calling anyone else from now on!!!

EDITED 8/18/19: We went high end on our 5 ton unit replacement. Stallons was the best deal due to rebates. This was a recent install, no word on how long we will go before repairs. Now retired Tom at Willow Park Air recommended Stallons & Tuffys. If willow park air did installations, we wouldve chosen them. Stallons &, tuffys fully respect tom at willow park air. Get your bids from these 2. When our 2/2.5 ton goes, these 2 will get the call.Dinged a Star for Service. Didnt even fully investigate problem with other existing 2 ton unit, said theyd charge us another service call to come back out. Went with competitor. Competitor fixed it after 3 service calls, last 2 for free. Cant recommend Stallons for service, will still recommend for install.

Got a survey for service but never had any. I asked that they have the office call me to reschedule and never heard from them. Yes there was a tech in route at the time I asked but I very specifically said nobody would be home at that time (when I scheduled) and didn’t know they were headed out at that time until they text me me they were in route! THEY WERE TOLD WHEN I SCHEDULED WHAT TIMES I WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE! I requested the office call me to reschedule since every time I contacted someone I was always given a different number to call. I had no idea which number to call or who to talk to by that point. I’m glad your business is thriving thought sounds like you are saying you don’t need my business anyway.

I called in at @2:00AM because our air went off and my wife has breathing problems!!Stallons called at @8:00AM and said they would be at our home within the next few hours.Noah showed at 10:20AM and did the repair within 30min. and had our air working immediately!!GREAT JOB!! No help. Didn’t fix it. Our unit is only 2 years old. Said it needed a valve and the manufacturer wouldn’t have it for another 4 weeks. We have animals and a 4 year old, and my husband works from home. Didn’t even offer us window units. We had to call another ac company to help us. Unprofessional over the phone and acted like they didn’t care at all.
