After forty years of home ownership I believe that Blackall is the best heating and A/C company that I have dealt with. Their maintenance program is reasonably priced and and the service is excellent. I have no concerns that the technician would make unnecessary repair suggestions. They show up when scheduled and go about their work in a friendly and professional manner. He explained what he did and what I may need to keep an eye out for.I have had the occasion to need emergency service when my A/C unit went out in the summer heat. They were easy to call and the tech was out to my house in a very reasonable time and repaired the problem quickly at a reasonable cost.I really like these people!

You guys really have an amazing ambassador driving around 121, please know that the maniac driving your white Chevrolet/GMC van #44 with Texas license plate DRR8729 ran me off the road and onto the left shoulder on Sam Rayburn Tollway with less than a car length between us because he/she had to be first. I’m sure if you ask him/her about it, the reply would be “it was raining and I didn’t see him” but that excuse won’t work on the account that it had just stopped raining on tollway, please know that I’m not into writing bad reviews, however, I did have my kid in the car and this is the only way I can let you know aside from a phone call so please educate your employee on road etiquette. I’m sure that your company offers great service, nevertheless, the driver of your company puts a stain on your image.

The guys sent to service The room refused to wear a mask in this pandemic 🤯 I would not allow them to enter without the mask. Our room was Not service.I called spoke with Luke as asinine as the 2 that came to the door. Asked for Lukes boss told thats the owner whom wouldnt be in until the New Years

Park near there ramp so they can use forklift and unload you , etc etcJust goal goal in case you need to backUp or go forward etc

Now Air Texas Mechanical. Good people. Honest Techs. No techs on commission. Only Commercial Service. No Residential.

Maybe dont drive dangerously in a company vehicle. If your work is anything like your driving people better pass.
