I have been using Airmatics for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with their services and pricing. They have replaced my compressor and repaired the air handler. They were prompt in handling those issues. I highly recommend them.

No need to explain the feeling when your AC is dead and its 105 outside :-) Frankly speaking, I was prepared to buy a new AC unit (which is way expensive). Vlad came on time and fixed the issue within half an hour. NO NEED to buy a new unit! That was a relief! Vlad is very professional! I highly recommend Vlad and the company. I am fully satisfied!!

When we had enough of the thermostat wars, we decided to install a mini-split in our ever-hot teenagers room. We opted for a small 9000 BTU unit and a ceiling cassette (look how flush it is with the ceiling, comparing to a golf club case handing on your wall!).I must confess, I am a pedantic bore :) - my contractors picking process is not easy or random and not just price-based. I love my house, such job is complex and the quality matters.Fortunately this time my choice was right on the money! The Airmatics guys are wonderful - great workmanship, planning, attention to details, punctuality. Thanks a bunch again for job well done! Way to go!

I use Airmatics for my HVAC for 2 years! They are professional, fair and only recommend things that needs to be fixed. Initially, I did not decided to fix what was recommended to me and few months later, it completely broke and I spend $1,500 for something that could have cost me $190!! I listen now:)! Vlad is fantastic. He knows how to make HVAC work to its best ability. They have the best prices and they do not discriminate based on the size or the price of your home! Great experience with Vlad and the team at Armatics. I had HVAC trouble and was truly impressed by how Vlad and the team at Airmatics approached the situation. Vlad came over to make the assessment, listented patiently to all my concerns, and answered all my questions. After the diagnosis of my issue, Vlad provided a DETAILED no pressure estimate with various options to choose from. This was of most importance as a several thousands of dollars worth decisions cannot be made lighgtly. After accepting the estimate that worked best for my particular situation, Vlads associate set up an appointment, Vlad showed up on time, and did the work agreed upon with NO surprises. Outstanding service from start to finish. Excellent response time. Repaired my furnace and A/C.William arrived well equipped with a truck stocked with parts. He ran a variety of tests and quickly pinpointed why my furnace and A/C were not functioning. William was great about explaining what he was doing and and what work and parts were required. He provided me with a price prior to starting the repairs.William replaced the defective parts and did not try to up-sell. He left the place neat and clean; no mess.William is clearly very knowledgeable and honest. His pricing was very fair and his work excellent.For sure 5 STARS PLUS.

After being ignored by another provider for 1 month the quick response and repair was much appreciated. Would do business with him again outside of the warranty.

Vlad and his crew are the epitome of professionalism - they actually show on time, diagnose the issue, indicate the cost, and do the repair immediately (they actually have parts on hand, or pick-up parts and/or larger product the same or next day). There is no stress or guessing on your part because what they say they are going to do is what they do!All home service companies (HVAC or not) should deliver the customer experience as given by Airmatics, unfortunately, this is commonly not the case. It is important to be given warm fuzzies when dealing with any service provider you trust to come into your home!!!

I had an issue with my furnace blower motor and contacted Airmatics for a repair. The technician who arrived at my home was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and provided me with a reasonable quote for the repair. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the repair process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my furnace is now running smoothly. William was incredibly helpful with our AC and he fixed the issue within minutes of his analysis . We were really under the heat and the madness caused due to AC failure as our AC is 10 year old and out of warranty. We showed it to some other technicians but they gave us a crazy number for the repair however William was very knowledgeable and he figured the issue within few minutes and fixed it too. Vlad replaced the rusty AC drain pan professionally without any problem. Very good communication. Very reasonable price.

* Vlad was assigned by Warranty company to look into my AC issue* Vlad said Freon leaks and needs 5lbs of freon and quoted $700* Vlad got caught lying about the leak to scam me* Warranty company sent another company* New company says No leak and only short on 2lbs of freon* Nothing out of my pocket other than the service fee from the warranty company* I am glad I didnt proceed with AirmaticsAvoid Airmatics at all cost. The owner is not honest.Vlad the owner shows up and says my system needs to add R22 freon. He says he needs to do a leak test. I was with him for the most part and he was not finding the leak. As he was finishing up, he said he found the leak in the valves. He never showed me the leak while i was there for some reason although it was very accessible and shouldve been one of the first places he wouldve checked. The estimate was $700. He came back 3 days later to fix the valve leak and fill the freon. I asked if he will do the pressure test to make sure that there is no leak after the repair. Vlad says no he cant because he does not have the equipment and it takes time. He says he cannot guarantee there wont be any leak even after he fixes it. He told me to replace the entire AC system if i want the guarantee. Then I asked if he can show me the valve where it leaked. He said that would cost $150 although the leak detection was covered in the previous visit. So i grabbed my own soap spray and checked it when he opened the furnace. There was no leak at all. So now he adjusted the estimate to $600. But i was told on Friday that the part that valves were $350 and the freon were $350. So i was expecting the new bill to be $350 but it was $600. Still, I would have been fine if he submitted the work request to my home warranty properly since they cover the freon per contract.Vlad texts me back and says my home warranty rejected the coverage. So i called them and they said Vlad never submitted the updated work request. Vlad flat out lied to me to scam me. At this point, i am done working with Airmatics.The warranty company assigned a new company and they said no leak and the system only needs 2lbs. No charge for me and the warranty company covered everything. The reply from Airmatics is all lie below.Working with Vlad at Airmatics has been frustrating and unpleasant. Feel free to use Airmatic if you want to pay to fix the items that are not broken and get screwed over with high repair bills.

Vlad came very quickly on Monday morning after heating system quit working on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed faulty ignitor, which was original to the 19 year old system, and replaced it with new ignitor. Great service and reliable heat and air company, and great owner!

Any time I have a problem with AC or heat or just need HVAC maintenance at any of my residences I always call Airmatics and they send the service almost immediately. Both the owner/manager Vlad and his technicians are very professional and are great at what they do. Most of the time Vlad can diagnose the problem already over the phone and tell you the pricing ahead of time. Speaking of pricing, they are very reasonable and affordable. Believe it or not, but the first time I spoke to them was less than 2 hours ago and the issue is already repaired (main line was clogged), after a very reputable HVAC company in DFW wasn’t able to diagnose it correctly and gave me an estimate of (ready?) more than $2800 over Airmatics! I own many properties and will never call another company, simply because there is no possibility that anyone can top the service I just received. They answered the phone immediately, William arrived within 30 minutes of my call, it took him another 30 minutes to finish the job and the price was also unbeatable! Thank you William and thank you Airmatics, my new HVAC company!

Just had them install a mini split system for my den and it was installed perfectly and professionally. I will only choose them for heating and air work. They also maintain my hvac system for me. Initially I had some misunderstanding with this company and then they show high level professionalism by repairing my AC systems. They also found an option to replace compressor by warranty, order inspection from AC manufacture and implement all recommendations (Crankcase Heater, Hard Start kit, Liquid Line Solenoid). They replaced supply plenum and collars and installed additional supply line to set up proper pressure. Everything was done in timely manner and clean. Thank you.

Airmatics is my first choice when I seek for professional install, repair and service for my homes HVAC stuff.Knowing the condition of my ACs external unit, I was pretty sure that nobody on Earth will attempt to fix it, rather than run away in horror or recommend to replace the whole unit. I got a recommendation from the friend of mine and called Airmatics. Volodymir was very prompt, greatly equipped and very friendly. And, most important, he did a fantastic job to make my ugly square 20-smth-year-old Rheem working quieter and cooler than my next door neighbors new and shiny Trane. What?! Dont even ask, I have no idea how come.When I asked him for a quote for a new unit, he gave me a really good deal including few options and even suggested to wait for off-season to get it cheaper. Now I look forward to get the whole houses AC system replaced. Airmatics is a no-brainer. I highly recommend this business.Dont thank. Cheers!
