Get yourself a plumbing company that can handle not only one drain slab leak, but two! Black Plumbing was amazing throughout the entire process! They made an extremely stressful and expensive situation manageable! Each person from Black (and believe me, there were a lot🤪) that worked on our plumbing issue from start to finish was fabulous! They spent the time needed to diagnose and repair the problem/s.They were very careful to put down paper/plastic in order to protect our floors, furniture, etc. each & every time they worked at our house and also clean up when the day was done. Every worker was extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to listen to our concerns and address them. Honorable mentions would be Adriel, who oversaw the project and continues to check in on us and answer our many questions to this day! Kudos to Isaac as well! His determination to find our leak/s and his refusal to give up until he found us some answers was unmatched! He worked tirelessly late into the evening more than once until the repairs were made and then provided us with a passing hydrostatic test. Finally, Doug was able to help us out with some final checks & balances with what turned out to be a full blown bathroom renovation. He provided the reassurance that every thing was indeed working as it should. His attention to detail was much appreciated! We can honestly report that everyone at Black was so helpful from the office staff to the plumbers to the apprentices! Thanks to all for a job well done!👏

My dad needed a clean-out installed and we called Black Plumbing. Tim and Aaron were 10 minutes early and got right to work. Very friendly and knowledgeable…made sure there were no leaks in the joints and did final clean out. I would highly recommend Black Plumbing with workers like these!!!

First time using Black Plumbing and we will be returning customers. After being disappointed several times with other companies in the past, we decided to try out Black. Our sinks drain pipe had busted, causing water to pour out when we used the dishwasher or sink. I submitted a Report a Leak message around 8 PM last night, and they called me around 9 AM this morning. Doug came out in the afternoon and did not leave until it was finished, even though it was past 5 PM. We are very pleased with the companys communication and timeliness. Doug was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was fair. No complaints!

Its not the first time that I used them but every single time it has been an amazing service. From the outside looking in, it would appeared that they are like a big corporate company but trust me they are still a local family own/run business. I have 2 septic tank that were full and needed to be pump. thats the worse thing that can happen to a family on a Friday Morning. They didnt give me some crazy timely, they were very prompt. They gave me a quote and from my point of view the job ended up being a lot more than expected but they still kept the prize at what they quoted me. Taylor is a great professional and even took the time to educate my kids on the process. Jesus kept me informed of everything that was going on, so I didnt have to wait or go seek information.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. We were having heating issues for about a week before we decided to call Black Plumbing Heating & Air. I am beyond happy that we decided to reach out to them! The technician (David M.) was dispatched quickly and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and was very transparent! He even took the time to talk me through how he diagnosed the wiring issue after seeing my multimeter (tried to figure out the issue myself) which I thought was really cool. Had an outside faucet spring a leak on a Friday afternoon after the freeze. Called for service around noon. Eric and Trevor were here by 3. They fixed in an hour! Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Blacks Plumbing! Thanks guys!!!

Black Plumbing is amazing! Not only are their prices reasonable, but they also do an excellent job. We made an online appointment Sunday night and reserved a time slot for first thing Monday morning to snake our sewer drain. Customer service promptly responded with an appointment time of 8:30 am. Our plumber, Travis, was very professional and fixed our issue in no time flat! We have used this company before when we needed our water heater replaced, and they did such an excellent job that we wanted to use their company again. As far as we are concerned, they will always be our go-to guys for plumbing, heating, or air.

Our house was built in the 50’s, it is big and has a small attic. Caleb was out at our house when we had a leak that flooded our home and it wasn’t the first. We were just over trying to fix one leak after another. We ask Caleb about replacing the old copper pipe in our ceiling without hesitation he confirmed it would be no problem and gave us a bid. These guys work hard what a job it was but we are so happy with the job. Caleb is very organized,professional, and polite. Thank you

Had a leak under our house. We had Doug come and get the leak fixed quickly. He took pictures before and after to show what was done. When we get our house redone to get rid of the quest lines that were done long ago with pex, we will definitely go with Black Plumbing! (Google wont let me do more than 5 stars 😁)

Great work. I woke up around 0600 and was headed to the masterbedroom restroom and was doing the usual morning shower. As I entered the restroom, a drip of water fell on my shoulder. As I stared at the ceiling, water was dripping from it. I called them and scheduled an appointment for later today at 11 am. They fixed everything, and the price was pretty low compared to what I thought it was going to be. They were professional and efficient! Thank you again.

Chris gave my husband and I the run around for 5 months about our AC part being on back order. We pre-paid for the service and spoke with Chris multiple times within the 5 months with a temporary part installed. I even called the business place and requested to speak with a manager. The lady just had Chris call me and continued to lie about the part being on back order.After I contacted a different company with integrity, they were able to service my AC the same day and stated there were two vendors who had plenty of the item in stock.I dont know about the company but Chris lacks integrity and has cost the company a customer.

Edit: I once again called Black Plumbing to help take care of 2 leaking outdoor fixtures. Aaron and Jason, were quite punctual and took care of the top way fast than I had expected and kept within budget too. I greatly appreciate the team at Black Plumbing and will be calling them for all my future plumbing/heating needs.Edit: we had an issue with our AC on the inside unit. David was our tech and he was as absolutely amazing. He worked hard, found us the part we needed, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I had the unfortunate experience with a leaking water pipe under my shop slab.. on a Friday night, Saturday morning. I called Black plumbing and Connor with the help of his apprentice took care of us! They were extremely professional, honest and fixed the leak without tearing up my shop floor. You guys are the best!

I called Black Plumbing Heating and Air to take a look at my 80 year mothers A/C unit that had stopped cooling! They immediately told me it would be 6pm that evening before they could get someone out to look at it. Our technician, David Martinez, was prompt and professional! He answered our questions and even changed the filters inside the house for my mom! He had her unit cooling within 30 minutes! I highly recommend this company!

Black Plumbing recently came to pump my septic, and were so fast to respond. We hadnt had our septic done since we moved in and we were starting to notice a smell. Luckily they sent out someone fast and we are now good to go. Thank you Black Plumbing for being professional and answering any of our questions about how to care for our septic in the future.

Had a crew out to perform smoke test for a suspect blocked vent pipe. Crew confirmed vent was blocked and believed it was broken at the 90 in the slab, so we planned a slab cut for following week. Black Plumbing has a double verification rule that requires a different plumber verify the broken line before cutting a slab. Connor Alexander came in that next week and performed this double verification process. The crew was eager to cut the slab and get to work, but Connor took the time to find a better way to verify the vent pipe and discovered the vent was not cracked, saving me thousands of dollars. I greatly appreciate Connors commitment to this double verification practice and looking out for the customers best interest. I will definitely call them for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough about Black Plumbing. This was the first time ever having to call a plumbing company. From day one, Michael and Dillon worked diligently to find and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was much larger than we anticipated and took a little longer to get resolved. Never a day did Michael leave without letting me know what was going on, how far along they were in having everything repaired and what time he’d be out the next day. Thank you Michael and Dillon! You guys are a huge asset to Black Plumbing!

These guys came out and fixed the problem fairly quickly. Reasonably priced considering they had to drive 25miles to our house. Milage and time add up quick...but the parts and fix expenses were fair.

Isaac and his team worked on my Mothers house and did a great job replacing ALL the water lines. He kept us informed, the mess to a minimum and was very kind and understanding. Also have to give a shout out to Nathanial who did a Sunday call and was too very kind and kept us informed. I was having an ongoing issue with my unit freezing. Three different companies came out and couldn’t tell me what the issue was! I called Black Plumbing and spoke with Chris who then gave me some advice and put me on the schedule to come out and take a look at my unit. I tried to cancel my appointment because his advice worked! However, Chris was adamant on coming out and checking my unit just to make sure that really was the issue! Chris and David showed up and figured out the actual issue with my unit and were able to fix it in a timely manner. Very respectful, caring, professional individuals! I cannot thank them enough for solving this ongoing stressful issue. If I could give more than just five stars I definitely would!! Black Plumbing saved the day when we had a hole in a pipe with water spewing up from the floor in our house. The plumber showed up quickly, sized up the situation, and came up with a quick and relatively inexpensive solution. He was professional and courteous. Black Plumbing provided 1-day service to me on 9 July 2024. I had a new Washing Machine Delivered to my residence, bit the Delivery Men were unable to install the Washer due to problems with existing Water Valves. They were old, and corroded. Jason from Black Plumbing searched parts and was able to update required valves to put my new Washing Machine in working order. He went above and beyond to find the parts to adapt my Machines old hardware to new working hardware. THANK YOU JASON, AND THANK YOU BLACK PLUMBING for the much needed single day service. Unfortunately this type of servicing has become a rarity in Abilene. I would highly recommend Black Plumbing to anyone in need.

Black Plumbing called from an Odessa number to schedule my service call in Lubbock. No one showed. I waited two hours past the appointment time and placed a call to inquire about arrival time. I was told they did not know, but would look into it and call me back. I placed another call two hours later. The very curt secretary stated they would not be coming since my insurance company didnt pay them what they wanted. I asked why I wasnt told they were not coming since they are the one who called me and scheduled the appointment. I was told that was not her job she didnt schedule the appointment. She said, My name is Tara!!! Did you talk to me??? I dont think you did! So not my problem. I can only assume Tara is sleeping with the owner, otherwise she would be looking for a job.

I didnt hire them, but a neighbor had a leak that leaked all over my property. They came in wrecked my bathroom, left their trash all over the place, and didnt even fix the roof that they cut out. Nor take their trash bag. Never even told me goodbye and bounced. Im sure the employees are good people, but their business rules are apparently messed up. They will probably respond and contact our office... How about you quit messing up peoples houses and leaving!

Black Plumbing used to be a great reputable company, but that has changed. I have used them several times in the past and they had always provided great service at a great price. I had a water heater fail recently and had to get it replaced quickly. I bought the water heater myself from Home Depot and it was in the garage next to my bad water heater, so they didnt need to move it very far. They came the next day knowing they were replacing a water heater and they only sent one guy. He came and looked at it and said he didnt have the right parts, so hed have to go get them despite knowing what the job was. He was gone for over an hour and when he came back he said he needed help getting the new heater in, so I helped him. I told him to reuse the drip pan and power cord, so the only thing he replaced was some short copper pipe from the wall and a ball valve. When he was done, he hands me a bill for $869 !! He charged me for 3 hours of labor even though he was gone for 1 of them, and $271 for materials which he refused to explain or itemize on the bill! He said Were not the cheapest or most expensive. I estimate the cost of the materials used retails for about $80. I understand that they have to have a mark up, but thats ridiculous! I contacted the office, but they were no help and basically told me I could take my business elsewhere! I will never use Black Plumbing again for my home, business, or rent houses!...

I had Black Plumbing come out to quote 2 toilet replacements. The quote was very reasonable. They came out and did the work the day after I accepted the estimate. After the work was done, one of the toilets wobbled a bit, but unfortunately, we didn’t notice it right away. A couple days later, I called about the wobbly toilet and they came out the next day and fixed it under warranty. I am very pleased with their service and the response to the wobbly toilet. No other issues and we are happy with the work.

Broke a valve under the sink and couldn’t get the parts off ourselves. Called Black Plumbing and they were out within an hour! They fixed the problem and put on a new valve. I appreciated that they gave me the option of OT (it was a Sunday) or to wait until the next day. They also gave me all their pricing upfront so the bill came out to what I had anticipated.

We requested Black Plumbing to install an exterior water spicket on the rear of my home since there was no existing water connection on the rear of the home. The technicians came out and said they could tie in from the water lines in the attic and drop the line down through the side of the home and connect the water to the spicket for $2585.They performed the work of tying into the water, removed a significant amount of insulation (9 bags of foam insulation) in order to drop the line down the side of the home and then did connect the spicket.I visually inspected the exterior of the home and the closet where the access panel was installed, and it looked fine at time. Me and my wife noticed that over a period of time the bathroom where the spicket was installed on the exterior wall was significantly colder in the winter and warmer in the summer than the rest of the house. I decided to go up into the attic to investigate and see if there were any possible reasons why the bathroom varying in temperature.Upon arriving at that location in the attic, it was apparent that all of the rafter foam insulation had been removed down to the plywood in several sections and the foam insulation had been removed even going down the several parts of the wall between the 2X4s. I bagged up the foam that had been removed and filled 9 trash bags.Black Plumbing sent a technician out to take pictures and I called their office numerous times(during the week of July 1st and several times the following week of July 8) in order to talk to the superintendent about fixing this, but every time they told me that he was on another call or out of the office? Very strange that he was out of the office or on a call every time I called.I need the insulation replaced in the areas that Black Plumbing removed in order to restore my proper insulation and keep my family comfortable. The removal of the insulation was a direct result of your work and for paying you as much as I did, I expect a quality product and my home to be returned to the condition it was found in before you were on the site. Even though the receipt says insulation was provided, it wasnt.Bottom Line - This was a result from Black Plumbings as there hadnt been any other work performed in my attic in this area and should have been fixed prior to payment being taken. We have several large projects in the upcoming months: inground pool and an outdoor kitchen area being built and we will NOT use Black Plumbing for any of this work or any future work!I highly discourage anyone from using Black Plumbing, there are several other plumbing and HVAC companies in Abilene that pride themselves on quality work AND will take care of customers if something isnt right!UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW: Black Plumbing did come out on July 11 to repair my insulation after my review and complaint to the BBB. It has been repaired to my satisfaction and I have updated my rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars.

Our instant hot water heater that we had installed by a different plumber at our lakehouse has given us lots of trouble. We use Black Plumbing in Abilene for all our plumbing needs, so we asked them to drive the hour to see if they could salvage our water heater. It wasn’t working, and we had lots of our kids and grandkids here celebrating July 4 week at the lake. Eric came down the same day we called and worked late into the evening. He showed us where the other plumber had installed it completely wrong. He was so knowledgeable and completely fixed the issues that had been plaguing us! Thank you, Eric and Black Plumbing!

Connor did a great job and was very quick. He walked us through all the steps and explained what was happening. He was even willing to explain it twice because I arrived home after he had already explained everything to my husband.

Issac did a great job diagnosing our leak in the slab, and he and another plumber worked late until they were able to stabilize the situation. Then he returned in the morning to continue the process. He explained everything along the way which gave us much relief. We felt in very good hands during the process and will definitely use them for our future repairs. My air conditioner was blowing cold but not cold enough. It was constantly running as the temperature in my house kept going up. Turns out it had a small leak.The leak was fixed and 3 lbs. of freon was added. Now It maintains its temperature and turns off when its suppose to. I set my thermostat at 79° any lower and it freezes me out. Thanks to Tech David Daniels.

We had a Technician named David. He came out after we had been having trouble with our heating part of the unit. Another company had come out before and estimated it would take about close to 12,000 to replace it. He came out, looked around and fixed it issue for under 200.00. Jason is training Juan who is with their HVAC department and as I could hear him training, he was very respectful, patient, and kind. That says a lot about them both. My work was done with precision and great care of my home. They cleaned behind the hot water heater before the install and were careful going in and out of my home. They also fixed a faucet leak outside of our shop on this same service call, again, out in the rain. Thank you for an outstanding service experience and getting to our call so quickly. They came to my uncles house and charged $460.00 to just come to the house they didn’t find the leak or fixed the problem. The next day me and my cousin found the leak within 30 minutes and fixed the leak. They are trash!!! They didn’t even go under the house or even try to find the leak.

Black Plumbing identified the problem, formulated a solution and executed it all in the same day. The technician was very professional and knew how to find the source of the leak. He gave us options and on the solution. We are happy with the final results. Although the price was high, it was commensurate with the long day of labor.

I’ve had Black Plumbing by the house twice. Both times they’ve been able to complete the job with easy. This last time was a leaky water heater after hours. Not cheap at all, but they did what was needed. Also, repaired shoty craftsmanship from Millers Custom Homes during their visits ( yes twice) to avoid further repairs. Great job!

I just had to say what a great experience I had in Snyder today. Last night a fresh water pipe broke under our house. My husband turned off the water then. We had NO water !! With it being Friday, I was really concerned. I called a plumber we had used before, and left 2 messages. Then, I called Black Plumbing. A woman took my info, and I got a call back quickly. He said plumbers would be here in a little over an hour. I was very happy !! The 2 guys who came out were respectful and knowledgeable. They fixed the pipes in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed !! I would highly recommend them !!

Zeb and Derek were very helpful and easy to talk with about toliet leak issues. Took extra steps to ensure no more issues with toliet. They were on time and it was quickly resolved. Happy with service and will continue to use Black Plumbing. Highly recommend them.

Next day appointment. The plumbers drove over 20 miles to my home in a winter weather alert. They were very thorough. Both guys were very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service and will use them again and refer friends.

Weve used Black Plumbing for two different needs, once for a planned upgrade and once for identifying and fixing a leak. In both instances the crews were knowledgeable, answered any questions, and left the spaces cleaned up. Cost-wise, I cant speak to how they compare to other providers, but I can say, they are worth it.

He got right to work with the right amount of discussion and assessment, got his parts and tools and pretty quickly, put the situation to right.I appreciated the responsive, just-on-time arrival. I have used Black Plumbing for over 10 years. I have rental properties and it’s so important to know exactly when work is being done and that’s the problem is fixed the first time. I have always been able to depend on Black plumbing to show up when scheduled and address any tenant issue…from a leaky faucet to a broken pipe to a water heater install. I can trust them to take care of things every time.

To say that I am grateful for Black Plumbing is an understatement. Our hot water heater went out Saturday and with having kids, already not having hot water over the weekend, we really needed the hot water heater replaced. After miscommunication of scheduling Sunday night for services on Monday, the office staff made sure we would have services on Monday like we were told. Nathaniel and Mitch came out at 1pm on Monday and another young man whos name I didnt catch came to help around 10pm. After assessing the problem and getting the supplies, they started the job around 3pm. 11pm rolls around and they are still working through all of the problems that they ran into. Not once did they give up because it was late. I felt so bad that they had to put 3 different hot water heaters in before one finally wasnt defective but they worked through it like it was nothing. After the 3rd one, we finally told them to call it a night and they could come back this morning to finish and check anything they needed. Nathaniel and another young man were here right when they said they would be.Having kids, this kind of stuff is irritating(not having hot water), but Nathaniel, Mitch and Black Plumbing made the experience full of laughs. I would recommend them to anyone! 10/10

I honestly could not be more impressed with Black plumbing and the specific plumber we had, Eric. I called two other companies first (since they were located in my town) and neither answered so I moved on to the next town over, which led me here. The receptionist was very pleasant and made me an appointment for later that day. Eric showed up at the exact time they said he would and was able to quickly assess the situation and even said he’d do his best to get the parts and come fix the pipe first thing the following morning. But it didn’t even take that long- he called me back like 45mins later saying he was able to gather the parts and could come finish the job!I was amazed. He and a partner came and fixed our pipe quickly and efficiently. Now I can do my dishes and laundry!I don’t know who is in charge, but Eric needs a raise.

I was scheduled for Thursday morning for plumbing repair. They were ahead of schedule on Wednesday and called to see if they could come a day early. They did and worked late and fixed our issue ahead of time. Very clean, experienced, and knowledgeable. Great job!

Our gas fireplace was not working. For $150, Black Plumbing did show up on time for the initial evaluation. We discussed what would be done and the bid was high, but we decided to go with them anyway.The day they came back to do the work they were 2 hours late, but they did call to tell us they would be late.After several hours of work, we do have a functioning fireplace however a new key was not installed (which was discussed and assumed to be part of the $1485 bid). Now we have to keep a giant pair of pliers on the mantel to open and close the valve manually. This is not okay.Also, the brackets on the brickwork outside are a clashing shade of forest green for some reason. Would have expected the brackets to match the pipe or the brick, one of the two...The pressure test failed and they said they would be back Monday to find and correct the gas leak (this was on Friday.) Monday 11/21/22, they called to say they had been assigned a different job and would not be able to come to our house until Wednesday morning. The caller said there was nothing he could do about it.While the plumbers themselves were courteous and professional, I dont feel like we are getting the level of service we are paying for.UPDATE: Wednesday a different Black Plumbing crew came to find and correct the gas leak. The email said 8:30am but their records showed 9am so by my count they were late but on time by their own. The second crew was as courteous, professional, and clean as they first. They found the leak and corrected it. Pressure test passed, however the inspection by the city will be after the holidays.The second crew also changed out the valve in the firebox to one with an easy turn knob so we can put away those giant pliers.For this third visit, the bill was $551 (3 hours labor plus about $50 in parts for the leak fix). They also installed some CO2 sensors in hallway and garage stating those will be required to pass the city inspection.Changed rating from 2 (Poor) to 3 (Average) based on this follow up visit.

We had a leak somewhere in the hot water pipe. Black Plumbing sent 2 technicians straight away, due to a cancelation, to do an investigation estimate. This was clearly explainedthat it entailed an hourly fee and cutting a hole in the drywall. They found the problem and told me the cost and what would be involved. They were courteous and professional. The job was done with the least amount of damage to my walls possible. There wasnt much noise and everything was cleaned up. I am very happy with the the clarity of explanations of the work and the costs from the technicians. Blacks Plumbing are definitely my go to plumbing company!!!

I discovered a main water leak on a weekend so I naturally expected a higher labor rate.What I didnt expect was a 400% markup on materials. Charged over $600 dollars for approximately $150 in materials. However, the crew was professional and courteous.

Sucked!! Cut a hole in my wall to get to a water line now I have to pay for those repairs! Charged us $500 to replace an exterior water outlet valve!! The tech charged us for 2 1/2 hrs although he was only here for an hour, the rest of the time he was going to get a part he didnt have on his truck although we told him exactly what the problem was when we placed the order for him to come!There goes our Christmas!! I would never call these people again..STAY AWAY!!!

We tried turning it into our home warranty program which covers water heater but they said because its leaking its not covered. The tech told us we had a old hot water heater and it should be replaced. Which we did and it was installed the same day. Black Plumbing has been our Plumbing company since we bought here in Abilene. We needed to replace a leaking gas line and had gas to our home turned off. They were able to come the next day and replace it. They were very professional and did a great job.

We had a failed booster pump that provides water pressure to the house that needed to be replaced, Eddie came on time at 9:30 on Saturday and replaced the pump, when he left all seemed to be working well but in a couple of hours the new pump failed also which was just bad luck. I called the office back and Eddie responded within a short time and returned to my home to assess the issue. The amazing thing was that he called numerous people and returned with a new pump at around 9pm and replaced the faulty one then tested and retested it until we were both satisfied. He had a smile on his face the whole time. I am extremely grateful for this great service and a hot shower. Thank you!

Today, the day before Thanksgiving, we had a plumbing emergency. The water heater inside our home decided it was time to quit, and it leaked everywhere. I had a “home warranty” so I called them first; but even though it was truly an emergency, they couldn’t come out for 2 days!My neighbor called Black plumbing and even though they were booked solid, they sent someone out as soon as possible—which was 7:30 pm. The two techustayed until the job was done, and left around 9:30 pm.Not once did the plumber that came out gripe about it being late or that the next day was Thanksgiving or that he had 3 young children at home and be wasn’t going to get home till late…in fact, this young man, plumber Michael Shearer, was the consummate professional. Very expensive quote. Received a quote to install pool heater for $2100. Someone else did it for $350. I understand good service isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t necessary good but this is a huge difference. They were very professional and quick to respond. Person doing the quote was friendly and on time. I had a good experience overall. Chris was very responsive to my questions and concerns regarding his estimate prior to me having them move forward with the work. The work looks great for the most part. I really like the press fittings that were used for the new piping to the heater. I have only two minor complaints: 1) they reused our drip pan that was underneath the old heater and they had to bend the lip down to make room for the drain from the water heater. I feel it could have been done more cleanly perhaps with a new drip pan that was more suitable for the new heater. 2) There was also a little bit of mess left underneath the closet from the install. However, overall they did a good job and they did it in a timely manner.

Dont recommend this company. Just like to charge.1st. Providing the service for heating element and adding JOB COMPLETED NO WARRANTY, didnt check if it work or not, charge over $300.2nd. So when the 1st service they provided didnt work, ask them to come fix it, try to blame around and keep charging $150 for driving here.Finally, problem still there, waste over $450.

This outfit was recommended to us for a simple water softener install. They charged a fee to visit and mileage totaling $149 WITHOUT disclosing this when the appointment was made. Their estimate was TRIPLE the amount of two other bids. Needless to say, we did not use them.

This team was an absolute life saver. I came home to my toilet non stop flushing and the water shut off valve broken. They came out within an hour of me calling, fixed the entire toilet with an extremely reasonable price. I will most certainly continue to use this company for all my plumbing work.

As always they are on time and call to notify they are on their way. Professional and eager to get to work but they don’t rush. The price a little high but you are paying for quality and not a quick fix. So worth it in my book which is why I always call them every time.

I recently called this company to fix my water heater and they did a great job. The gentleman who came to my house spotted a potential damaging problem with the supply lines and upgraded to the recommended level. This was an accident waiting to happen and he saved me a lot of money by fixing it. They were on time and didnt waste time while there. Recently had a new 50 gallon water heater installed. Its beautiful- maybe I will return to post photos. The cost was more than reasonable and fair for the quality of parts and service. I had the pleasure of working with a very knowledgeable and skilled crew. The plumbers walked me through every detail and allowed me to be part of the process which I appreciate. A local business that cares for our community and their customers, I would recommend each and every time. Plumbing is hard... I chuckle at some of the mixed reviews that really just indicate overall frustration with plumbing in general. Nobody likes to have to deal with plumbing issues, but if you do, these are the folks to call. Thank you Black.

My initial purchase with this business went well. Once I reached out to get a repair and service of the same water heater I originally bought, the service was not acceptable. If the need arises again, I will not be using Black Plumbing. I dont feel like they are worried about providing a high level of service after the sale.

I called Black Plumbing in addition to several other plumbing companies in Abilene and they were the only ones that could come same day. I had a water leak in my garage due to a copper pipe freezing and the technicians spent 2-3 hours and could not fix the issue. They left 2-3 different times for different tooling/fittings and when it was all said and done, they made zero progress. The point of paying them the after hour rate was to get water hooked back up and that didnt happen. I called a different plumbing company the next day and they fixed it in less than 3 hours. Black plumbing charged me 375 dollars and left me with no water. I was not happy!The reason I didnt give it 1 star was because the technicians were very courteous and apologized multiple times for not being able to fix it, but that didnt fix my pipe.

We have a contract with a Home Warranty Company and after having to deal with sub-par plumbers they have sent to the house it was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone that has a pleasant attitude and knows his job. Nate did a great job and cleaned up after himself. ( Which is not what we experienced with the last company they sent out). In the future well definitely request that any issues with the plumbing we will ask them to assign the work to your company. Thank you for the great job!!!

My master bathroom toilets were flooding all over my floor as well as backing up into my bathtub (yuck) and I called Black plumbing at 9:30 pm and someone was at my house fixing my toilets by 10:30. Plumbers were very helpful and professional. Highly recommended and the price was Very affordable!

I am happy with the plumbing job. I would like to have had an available plumber the same day I called. I had to wait from Monday morning to Wednesday with no water to my house. An alert city employee found a massive leak on my side of the meter and turned off the water at the meter. It was very inconvenient to have to wait so long for Black to get here, but at least they did, and the work seems to be good. I would give 5 stars if theyd come the day I called. I thought the cost was reasonable. Things are expensive these days, and plumbing is no exception. I will be calling Black again.

The technician, Dylan, and his assistant Greg…were quick and professional. The work accomplished (new water heater valve and sediment clean out) was 100% satisfactory. This is why we use Black Plumbing!
