The folks at Herrera Heating and Cooling were awesome! I had a good sized commercial job for them and we went through the multitude of options, and decided on the best one for my budget and timeline. The thing I was most impressed with is their professionalism. They showed up when they said they would and they were always communicating with me to make sure the job was done to my liking. I will always keep their number on speed dial for future HVAC needs, and refer them to my friends, family and neighbors.

Austin was amazing, we were given a quote from another local Heating and Air conditioning business for over $16,000 telling us the part we needed was no longer available and we would have to replace out entire Air conditioner unit.We were so thankful to get a referral to Herrera Heating and Cooling.The first thing after evaluating our air conditioner issue, Austin did the math of how long we have been in our home we built and pointed us in the direction of finding out if we were still under warranty. Austin even did the leg work to get me all of the numbers we needed to call to find out.We were still under warranty and we were able to get it fixed for a fraction of the cost.Austin also offered us 3 portable window air conditioner units to use while we waited for the part.Living in Tx. this was a service that went above and beyond.I strongly recommend Herrera Heating and cooling.

Herrera heating and cooling was recommended to us by a friend, they came promptly and gave us a bid. We decided to go with them out of the 4 bids we received, we were able to get a better seer and still stay within budget. The process was very smooth from signing the contract to the finish day. Very professional crew, kind, courteous and tidy. The unit works great and we couldnt be happier !

Herrera Heating and Cooling came and installed Central AC and heating in a house that never had it. They were the best price in town. I was told it would take about 3-4 days but it was completely done in 2 days. They installed vents, ductwork, and all the units. These guys always cleaned up after themselves even though they had to install new vents. Very fast and efficient at what they do. I sleep during the day because I work at night and these guys were aware of that and tried to be as quiet as they possibly could while I slept. They kept us informed of everything through out the whole process. We also have pets and they worked with us when the dogs had to go out and take care of their business. Leon, Hector and AD are a great crew and easy to talk to. These guys are very professional and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

When my 24 year old HVAC unit went out. They were very thorough in answering my questions concerning price and efficiency of a new unit. The day of install went perfect. They were on time. Performed the job professionally even taking the time to answer some questions. After completion they cleaned the area very well, as though they never entered my home. Theres a reason forthose high marks. They proved it again with me.

My Heat Pump needed replacing and I contacted Herrera Heating and Cooling for a quote on a new Heat Pump. Austin promptly came out and assessed what was needed and gave me a quote. I had received another quote from another local installer for similar equipment. Herrera was cheaper and Leon and crew came out within a week and installed the new unit, air handler and 2 more air vents. They are professional, prompt and will follow up after installation. If you have questions they give you answers. 5 STARS

Austin and the other two A/C Technician was very nice. They cleaned up after their safes and they was able to replace my AC within a day and that was including an outside unit and also new unit indoors. I would really recommend this company if anybody is having AC or heating issues. Great customer service, I was very pleased. They put a new thermostat on for me and was very helpful showing me how to use it.

Earlier this summer, I had a renthouse central-AC failure diagnosed by one of the big-name Abilene companies as a burnt-out compressor that would require a VERY high-priced replacement of the whole system. I had hopes of just replacing the compressor unit itself, but that company said no, because it uses the banned R22 coolant and couldnt be upgraded and was hard to find a direct replacement.I called around and asked Herreras for a second opinion, and they were willing to find and install a compatible replacement, subject of course to examining my system to be sure of the problem. AND since the summer temps were hitting 100, they came on short notice on a Friday in hopes of getting it operable before the weekend.Within an hour of my first call, Herreras man Austin located a compatible unit from their local supplier and could have it in time for installation on that Friday. That would have been great... but it got better.Austin and his uncle (companys owner) came as promised Friday morning, explained their plan, and commenced their exam of the situation -- and soon found that the problem wasnt the compressor at all, but just the dead/switch breaker going into it. I had been advised by the other company to get a $10,000 system replacement, and I was ready and willing to pay Herreras a couple of thousand for the core unit replacement, but they honestly and efficiently explained that all I really needed was replacement of a $45 dead/switch, which they accomplished within the hour-long service call.In short, I highly recommend Herrera for their honesty, efficiency, willingness to help with a custom repair, reasonable pricing (had the major repair been necessary), and courtesy and responsiveness throughout. The system has made it through the rest of the summer and is still working well. Thanks again

Austin with Herrera Heating and Cooling came out to the house, and went out of his way to make sure my unit was properly sealed, he taped up some extra areas and hooked me up with air filters. Would 100% recommend, will be using them again!

My unit went out on a Friday and Herrera heating and cool installed a new unit the following Tuesday. They had great service and communicated the status of my work throughout the process.

My A/C went out and Herrera was referred by a friend. They came out when they said they would. I new it was only a matter of time that my a/c would need to be replaced it was from 91. Austin did a thorough inspection on the whole system and found the some of the ducking was oversized and the unit was to small for the house. They found me financing. All in all it was a smooth process. I definitely would recommend them.
