Customer service is very good but looked them up on Bing, which says they are open 8 to 12 on Saturdays. They are not open on Saturdays and I wish they would fix this on their search.

Not designed for 53 ft trailer deliveries. They have a dock. There is one of the garage doors that is taller than the others. The dock is behind that door. You have to pull out into the roadway and block traffic to back into the dock. The dock is at an extreme angle downward. My trailer has air wings underneath the trailer. It bent the air wings a lot going down the ramp. Its scratched them but it did not do any serious damage. You cannot back down into this dock if you have any kind of belly storage. Also, my landing gear drug on the cement. There are lots of scrapes in the concrete from landing gears dragging.
