Where to start about the amazing customer service from Josh at ServPro and his team. In the midst of going through rough times and then having the water heater bust to flood your house during this time, I was very fortunate to be able to have Josh’s amazing energy be the light during this time. Everyone was patient and generous with my overwhelming demeanor. If I could rate more than 5 stars, then I would. The smile on my face says I approve of the work that was done on this job site.

While renovating our bathroom we found mold all over and in the sub floor. We called Servpro and we are so glad we did! Adrian and Thomas came out that night and put our minds at ease! They were very professional, walked us through everything and answered all our questions. They stayed in contact with us and came out everyday until the job was done! Great communication, great service will definitely call and ask for them if we ever need anything else!!

Esmeralda and her crew did a thorough job of cleaning up a minor flood in our house. She was respectful and always ready to answer our questions. She kept working until the floor and walls were completely dry.

Everyone was super friendly and prompt with service. They continually did follow up checks and monitored progress on the job. Definitely easy to work with.

These guys are awesome!!! They came in immediately and had fans set up, sprayed to keep mold from forming, and kept me in the loop at every step!!! Very professional, and my dogs loved them - which all per owners know that says it all right there!!!!!

Very slow, been 3.5 months since they started after our house fire and still don’t have much back! Nice clothes and expensive furs ? destroyed? and they were told not to and can’t tell us where the are now! ( These only got damp and they were asked to get them out on their first) Can’t tell us where our items are! Very understaffed! Some days didn’t show up! Coin collection worth thousand they can’t tell me where it is after 3.5 months!! Trust worthy? Don’t sign anything! Have a witness with you if you tell them anything verbally or video your conversation! They were hired by my insurance company not me! A Expensive wood dining table and China hutch and coffee tables were left to sit in deep water and warp for days ! You have been warned!

We had a water leak and had someone recommend Servpro to us. I wish we wouldn’t have listened. It took them six days to come out to our house to inspect the damage. They charged us for an “Emergency call” on our invoice. It seems like they responded really quickly since it took 6 days to come out to look at the damage. They knew our water limit on day 1. Servpro put 27 fans and 2 dehumidifiers in our house and told us if it dried, we might be able to save our floors and walls. They told us if the moisture didn’t improve within 3-5 days, there was nothing they could do. Nobody from Servpro could give me an estimate per day of what this would cost, but that my insurance would cover it. By day 8, they told us it didn’t matter how dry the floors and walls were we still had to tear it all out (after 48 hours of moisture there can be growth). Why would we even put fans in our home if we had to tear it out? When we looked at the drying report, we requested to remove the equipment on the 2nd day in their notes. When it was brought to their attention they said it was a human error and it should not have been in the notes. They argued they put in fans and dehumidifiers to stabilize the air when they were fan and equipment gouging. Serpro even wanted to leave the fans in longer and we demanded they take their equipment out. They even told us it wasn’t their fault that we were underinsured. There was an excuse for all of their lies and overcharged invoice. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SERVPRO TO ANYONE. Save yourself from a nightmare and do not use this worthless company for mitigation. They did nothing except put fans in my house for 8 days and charged me $8,900. I hope by reading this review you never call this company for any services. I would rather drown in my own home than call Servpro.

We had a water line break and Serv-Pro was called to get the water dried out, that’s when we met Chena. She was friendly, hardworking, prompt being here each day, and worked some long days, did her best to keep the house not looking like the disaster I thought it was, even with 19 machines blowing, including three dehumidifiers. Chena was very informative as to what she was doing and how the process was going. Hopefully we’ll never need her services again but if needed, I sure hope we’d get Chena again!

They came to handle the drying of our floors after a water line had bust.The service was amazing but I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay for a few days while the fans and dehumidifiers run. Those things are noiiiiiisy!Chuck Speckles is the best there!

Second time I have had to use this company. Both times I received excellent water mitigation service. Knowledge professionals. Fast response. Explained all they were doing and why. Very pleased with their work.

Kasie did an excellent job creating our organizations Emergency Plan that our staff and board could use for situations if they were happen to arise. We LOVE working with Kasie! Shes one of the best! So friendly, organized and on top of things!

Very unprofessional! Never came when they said they would, could not tell me where there was damage because “I wasn’t the one who came” used their services for over a week and has to attempt to check for moisture and move fans around ourselves. To top of off, when they came to remove the fans they ruined one of our cabinet doors! I would avoid this company!

Really nice group of people. Always came on time and they were very communicative when there were any issues.
