Tytan Heating & Cooling

The Tytan Team was a life saver to us, we dealt with ac issues for a week in hopes it would get better but didn’t. Called Titan on Wednesday and by Friday they were in our home getting the issue fixed! They sent out Link and Billy to get the job done, we got rain that day and they both continued working in the conditions making sure we were good to go by the end of the day! We appreciate their hard work and professionalism and highly recommended!

A/C went out on Friday night and the only company that could come out today was Tytan. Real friendly and knowledgeable guy named Mason came over and quickly got us back in business. Explained the issue so we knew what he was doing and treated us like family! Excellent service and the price was more than fair.

My AC went out mid July. The original installers of my unit would not answer or return my calls. I called Tytan to see if they could help me out. They sent a technician out same day, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on the truck, and had my AC running within an hour. The technicians name was Mason. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I can call them at any time and most times get same day service. The price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. The techs explain everything they are doing as they work, which is a plus. I recommend them to anyone that needs good service. Update: had to call them again because my compressor stopped working. Plus needed a new thermostat. The tech came out and replaced the thermostat and troubleshot the compressor. Replaced a contactor on the compressor. The system ran for a while then shutdown. The tech returned within a hour and we figured out what the problem was. Which turn out be something simple. Very happy with this company.

Tytan installed our units 10 years ago. Needed a service call this week. Jordan was very helpful in getting us scheduled and Lonnie did a great job. Thanks team Tytan for the great service

I called several days ago to schedule an appointment, our AC is completely out and with temps being 104+ outside, it is very hot In our home. I spoke with a lady named Danni who was able to get me on the schedule for today , July 29th. I followed up with a call this morning to find out a time they may come by and Danni said she moved me to august 4th because they were over booked. If I wanted someone to come out they would have to charge me overtime and they probably could not come today anyway. I of course asked if someone else could call me from their company, owner manager etc and she said no but she would ask a lady names Allie and Allie could make that call. Of course answer was no.. I could keep Aug 4 or find someone else.Stuck in this house with a shattered fibula, a couple weeks post op, children living here, older Mom staying with us and this is considered a normal call and were told too bad, too sad basically. I would have gladly called other AC companies had we been told originally Aug 4 was the soonest they could get here.Luckily I found another AC company that will be here within the hour!This is not the first negative experience with Tytan we have had over the years. I wont go into the details but I knew better that to call them to begin with. There are plenty of AC companies in Abilene, would NOT recommend them at all.

Called Tytan on Monday morning after a/c went out over the weekend. Tanner was there to fix the issue within a couple of hours! Very professional and very reasonable pricing! Would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Frank Lopez came out to my house and inspected the HVAC unit. He is professional, courtesy and answer all my questions. Email me what it would cost to replace unit. I am planning to replace unit after I save up for it. Highly recommend this company.

Kudos to the Tytan Heating and Cooling team. Thank you Frank and your team. Your professionalism and quality of work was second to none. You guys set the bar very high, dont think the compitition can reach that bar.

They did a great job for me and responded quickly while other companies were days, if not a week out. They fixed my problem and were exactly what we needed. Will use them next time I have an issue with my A/C!

My technician was Lonnie, and this was the second time he has made a service call to my home. Both times he was professional, answered all my questions, and provided tips to keep my system operating in peak condition. Tytan has earned my repeat business through his honest work.

Worst company for installation of AC and heat units, they are putting in systems in duplexes on Kala drive. They use smaller units and dont come back to fix or repair. The builder of the duplexes is Kyle Paul. Just be aware they cut corners to make money. I do not recommend them. Im having to have my whole system redone after only a year and a half.

Lonnie Bridge is awesome! Came over to my house at 9pm to fix my AC because it was 81 degrees inside. He is very knowledgable & kind! I reccomend Tytan Heating & Cooling to anyone but most of all, i reccomend asking for Lonnie! Awesome guy.

Terrible service. Called them out they took one look at the AC they looked at it told me I needed a new unit. Then charged me 300+ dollars for nothing then I went with no AC for days waiting on a different AC company that came out. They took one look fixed it and repaired it that day. Go with someone else or you will pay for nothing I called to resolve the issue and nothing was done. I feel they have poor customer service on top of poor knowledge of their specialty.

Was promised a service call on 12.23.19. received a call on 12.26.19 confirming they cant take the service call anymore. This would have been nice to not wait 3 days expecting service to find out no one is coming.

Its almost summer and you want your A/C working its best when it starts getting hot. Definitely call Titan to get your A/C serviced so its ready when the heat gets unbearable.
