The Team they provided were very professional and personable! They were detailed in explaining everything to me and didn’t leave a mess!! That’s very important to me! I even asked the guys to not wear their shoes ion my new carpet and they happily accommodated! Would give them 10 stars if I could !!

Outstanding service, even on a Saturday! And, fairly priced!! I found Aiden to be very capable as my AC tech and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again. The Hall AC team came through for me once again on a 100+ day. I would always call Hall AC first!

Hall installed a 5-ton system for us back in 2022. A sensor on the condenser failed, I sent John a pic of the error info and they were out the next day with the part (had to be ordered and was under warranty). I couldnt ask for faster service than that. If you want old school west Texas honesty and customer service, call these guys.

Told an older lady it was plumbing issue on an AC less than a year old when it was misaligned valve an clogged condensation line. Plumber found all that problems and fixed but they should have. Poor service had been leaking on studs for long time and plumbing is in the foundation not attic.

Ive used Hall AC for a variety of things, from total install of system in a house that had no central heat/ac to repairing thru-window units in my personal shop. Each time, the sales person (John) and the techs (especially Mike) were consummate professionals and easy to work with. My last contact with Hall allowed me to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan which met my needs better than the plan I had with the previous company who serviced my ac unit. Hall AC carries the quality equipment, they communicated really good, installed a new system in one day, and did everything they said they were going to! At least five different teams of two (on different dates) worked on my total-home remodel: Hall installed attic insulation, relocated HVAC unit/condenser, and installed all new ductwork (including exhaust fan ducts) and vent covers. Theyve since had to return twice for a reported blown fuse ... and when the A/C was not cooling now in warmer temps, I finally called another company: second company discovered system had NO refrigerant and both valve cores were nearly disconnected with no caps. System is cooling now that its been properly installed by another company; unfortunately, I cannot recommend Hall A/C.

I recently had some serious struggles with my HVAC unit (condenser and furnace) that I struggled with remedying myself. After days of turmoil, I contacted John at Hall Air Conditioning who was able to help within a very short amount of time. His teammates, Michael and James arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable. We came home from being out of town late Sunday night to find our ceiling dripping water from the AC unit upstairs. We called Monday morning and Michael came out in the early afternoon that day and fixed all of our issues. He was very thorough and detailed about the issues we had.He also went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were fixed and took the time to explain how we could avoid these same issues in the future. I appreciate all the help from Hall air conditioning and Michael. I will definitely be calling them first if I ever have issues again. HIGHLY recommend.

Was so excited to get same day service. When you don’t have air in the summer can be a nightmare with the weekend coming. Called at 8 am and had the most helpful and knowledgeable guy come.

Michael at Hall Air Conditioning did an excellent job during our maintenance tune up call. We mentioned we were having issues with the motor and during his inspection was able to troubleshoot the issue and even had the spare part on the truck.

Cant say enough good things about Hall Air Conditioning. Came out and checked the HVAC before the cold spell and found a bad capacitor. Replace it and the filter and it worked great thru the extreme cold. Thank you very much for your service. It has always been exceptional.

My A/C unit is under warranty, so I just had to pay for a service call to have my condensers capacitor replaced. The capacitor probably cost $20 at the most. The service call cost $120 and it took him all of 10 minutes. The service person was exceptional, BUT charging $120 for 10 minutes is outrageous.

Everything from the first phone call until the unit was fixed, was above and beyond. The office staff was kind even though I had to cancel twice. They had same day appointments. The technician that came out was honest and knowledgeable. Will use Hall every time.

I’m a 76 year old and we called Hall air conditioning company when our air conditioner went out. They helped us immediately and solved the problem. Best service and outstanding response. I called their office about a problem with a central heat/air system and 2 minutes later a tech called me back on his way. From first phone call to arriving was under 30 minutes! The tech diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and it turns out all it needed was a reset-- no parts or any other work. I dont know how anyone could ask for more than that.After dealing with Hall on a couple of houses, I trust them to be honest and reasonable and will continue to call Hall in the future.

Technician who came to service my AC unit was friendly and very informative as to what was wrong. Hall’s sent a technician promptly and I thank Nancy and Michael for their help.

Randy the service tech was extremely rude and grumpy when he arrived at my house and mumbled and grumbled the entire time he was there. Insulted my intelligence on what I had tried to fix before he got there and was downright rude and unpleasant to be around. He acted as if I was inconvenienceing him by needing my ac system worked on. This wasnt an emergency call either, I had scheduled it almost a week in advance. I would never advise anyone to use Hall in the future. If Randy ever showed up at my house again to fix my issues, Id just be hot and uncomfortable before dealing with his rude and unpleasant attitude again. He was probably the least professional tech Ive had the misfortune of dealing with. And the service charges were astronomical as well. Terrible tech and insane charges for service. Do not recommend at all

AC broke down on Saturday of course. New in town so asked neighbor, Hall was recommended. Made a call and less than 30min got call back, figured more questions. No! They were on the way. Fixed it and showed me a few preventative I could do. Fantastic work!!

Absolutely the best experience Ive had with any company Ive had work on my home. The technician, Zeke, was a very professional individual who showed up on time after giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was very effective in figuring out the issue with my central heating and cooling unit which was caused by another local company. If I ever need any future maintenance on my unit I will definitely be contacting them again.

Hall Air Conditioning has quality folks on their team. It was time for the seasonal check up and filter change. Ryan called when he was headed my way and performed the check on my equipment and replaced the filter. I trust my H/AC to Hall.

Came home Friday and noticed our ceiling was leaking. Went up to the attic to find our attic unit had water everywhere the pan over flowed and poured onto and through ceiling. Called Hall and they were out within the hour. James, our tech, was super friendly and professional. He found that a piece of the drainage PVC was cracked, so all the drainage was leaked through and soaked the attic, so he replaced it. He ended up giving me his number in case there were further issues and he was going to come back the following Tuesday to install another piece he didnt have at the time. Noticed Saturday the whole unit was off. The wet switch tripped and shut the system completely off and the pan was full of water. I cleaned out the pan and dried the wet switch, took all day and finally 1130 Saturday night the unit finally kicked back on. Sunday was fine until we woke up and noticed the unit off again. Called James and he advised me to dry the wet switch and leave it out of the pan and then get the excess water out and he would look at it Tuesday when he came out again. He didnt want to have to charge me the after hours rates being it was holidays and after hours. Woke up this morning, Monday, and noticed the unit off again. Went to the attic and noticed water outside the pan again and luckily the towels I left up there soaked most of it. Dried the wet switch and turned the unit back on. 1130 this morning same thing, wet switch. 1445 same thing, and then 1600 again. I figured the drainage line had to be clogged or we had a leak in the system somewhere. However after I reset everything at 1600, our thermostat failed to turn back on. I reluctantly called James again for like the 4th time this weekend and he was dumbfounded at everything. He didnt want to have to charge me the after hours rates, but I had no choice. He was out here within the hour. He replaced the thermostat as it was dead and then he went back into the attic and cleared out our main drainage lines again. When it blew them out it looked like cooked oatmeal came out. He reassured us that should have taken care of the issue and that there shouldnt be anymore excess water in that pan. 3 hours later after the drainage was fixed, happy to report that there has been no excess water in that pan as I have gone up and checked about every hour. James was more than professional, respectful, helpful and courteous and I repeatedly apologized that he came out today because I didnt want to ruin his weekend. He reassured that it was no issue and that he is glad he was able to help as much as he could and get our situations resolved. I highly recommend Hall Air Conditioning to anyone above every other company in town as none of them would send a tech out until Tuesday ot Wednesday. Hall customer service is top notch, their techs are knowledgeable and helpful and very courteous and respectful. I cannot thank James and Hall AC enough for their help. They are true professionals in every aspect!

Of course it’s a holiday weekend with family in so our upstairs thermostat goes on the blink. After following several tips without success Hall sent someone out immediately. The problem was analyzed & fixed within 15 minutes. Hall to the rescue once again! We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Hall. Joseph came and took care of me. First, he came when they said he would come and called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. I appreciate this because my schedule is very busy. So few companies are actual punctual and do the little things right. He did.He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to find the problem that another A/C company in town was not able to find. I thought I was going to need to replace the unit but Joseph saved the day. He was clear in his communication, professional, and did the job with excellence. I would suggest making Hall your first call if you have an AC issue. Joseph represented the company extremely well and I will use them again for all of my future needs.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer. I called Hall and spoke with John. They were great they brought in air units for us to help till they could start work. The workers that came to my house, Nate, Chris, Tyler and Jess were so professional and nice. I recommend Hall to anyone who needs this service. They work with you and your budget and that was so helpful. I am almost certain I drove John crazy and he was always professional when I talked to him.

I called Hall Air-conditioning because I was referred to them. They showed up when they were expected. I called them for an inspection of my HVAC to see why my ac was constantly running. Randy showed up and I showed him the closet and told him where the outside unit was. The unit in the closet was not inspected not even the front cover was taken off. He proceeded to go outside and check the freon levels (I knew after the fact). He went to his truck and grabbed a green canister and then proceeded to fill my a/c with freon. He didnt tell me until after he showed me the $444 bill that the freon was $125/pound. When I clearly stated that I wanted to see what was wrong with it, not to fill it with freon. I told him all I wanted was a diagnosis, he just stared at me. I still paid the bill but was not happy. The customer should know the price before any time service is performed. Do not recommend

We called at 8 am today for service and we were second in the queue for today! Zeke the technician came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem in 30 minutes! Highly recommend this company!

Complete replacement of heating and a/c units done with a few days. Minor scratches on wall when getting equipment into the attic, but promptly repaired by a professional sub-contractor. Highly recommend.

We had Hall install a new heating and cooling system this summer. Recently, the thermostat went out and Hall sent a technician out immediately to replace it at no charge (of course). They charge a fair price and service their product. I highly recommend them!

Just a few minutes later they called and set it up for first thing the next day. Joseph Stokes came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in short order. I have been with Hall A/C for almost 12 years and they are always prompt and fair on their pricing, and do the job right the first time.

Asked for an inspection on my unit, the service tech that showed turned the AC to 70 and then hosed off my unit and added refrigerant to the unit without talking to my husband about it first. I dont really mind it as my unit is working better now but I was also informed that was not the way it was supposed to happen. But over all it was great.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday and Joseph came by on Sunday. He discovered that the problem was electrical which he was not qualified to repair. He was able to make a temporary fix with an extension cord until the electrician could come and repair the problem. We had AC for the remainder of the weekend. Thanks Hall Air Conditioning!

Air conditioner was not blowing cold air outside unit not working checked circuit breaker still not working called Hall 7:30 evening said be about hour he would call before coming he called 20 minutes he was here needed two parts which he had on truck got it fixed quickly very nice guy Always good service with Hall

Tech came out and charge the system. He said I had a leak,but his detector wasnt charged up so he would come back. I paid for the service. He never showed back up. Now I have to find someone else to fix it.

They are very fast and friendly here !! The man they sent out was very friendly didnt complain because our unit is so old !! We used another ac company and the guy they sent out complained alot to me because our unit is very old !! If we could afford a new unit we would by one but Halls is a Great Ac company to use and when we buy a new one it will be from Halls for sure !!
