Outstanding service! Called them one day and they were at my house the next day. Local family owned company. If you need any A/C or heating system service, call Air-Tech.

Nick was very knowledgeable on all my questions and his quote was good. The install was on time and the installation went smoothly. Thanks Air Tech. Now we are enjoying our new heat pump. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We hired this company on Friday 10/26/24 for a service call the same night. The agent stated that they are only on after hour rate which I agreed to pay. Its now 10/26/24 and no one showed up. I called the office line on Friday night & Sat during the day and left multiple messages but no one picked up or called back. This is very disappointing. Imagine agreeing to pay for after hour service and you still cant get service. Anyways we ended up calling Quality Cooling & Heating on 10/26/24 and they showed up with the hour. I do not recommend this company as they are unreliable.

After years of excellent service from Air-Tech, they replaced my 30 year-old Rheem system with a new Rheem. With up to five men working at any given time, they completed the job and had everything up and running perfectly less than one day. Excellent cost, service, and results Always.

Abilene Air Tech repaired our heating system. Trevor and Nick were able to diagnose that the compressor was bad and then the TXV valve on the inside. They made the repairs and our heat now works.

They moved my ac unit to make additional work (made it leak more) then came out saying my unit was old and needed to be replaced for 9k-15k. I got a second opinion and another company was able to fix the issue for less than 1k and haven’t had a leak since. Would NOT recommend!!!

107 degrees outside, and my air conditioning stopped working. Air-Tech responded at my earliest convenience, had the problem fixed in 20 minutes, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. So thankful for their help!

We were almost scammed by a previous company, and I am so thankful that we listened to a trusted friend’s recommendation and called AirTech for a 2nd opinion. We had our ceiling air filters removed and replaced with a 4 inch filter on the unit in the attic. The servicemen were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were only here about an hour. Air-Tech is the company that installed our system in 2006 when we had our home built. They are the only company that has ever done anything on our system. They come out regularly and check everything out on a maintenance plan that we have with them. We have never had any problems and would recommend them to anyone!

Martin was on time and friendly. He is thorough with the maintenance of my unit. He explained that some parts need to be replaced and is getting those ordered. Jessica at front desk has been very helpful as well. Thank you!

They came out to service my upstairs A/C unit as it was not cooling properly. The service technician serviced the outside condenser and told me they fixed the problem. In less than 24 hours, the same problem existed: the upstairs A/C unit was not cooling the upstairs. I called them back to let them know the job I hired them for was not done and their repair did not work. They did not seem to care that much, provided poor customer service, and gave me the impression that they did not value me as a customer. Very dissatisfied

Martin called and came out on a Sunday morning. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair and had our house cooling down very quickly. Could not be happier with the service.

Martin showed up very quickly, used a pressure blower to blow out the line and fized the problem in about ten minutes.

Air-Tech is a professional company with great customer service. They are prompt and always clean up after work is completed.

Ever since the company I had been trusting for years retired I had been in search mode For over thirty years I had serviced and installed my own systems. Two items where essential, management honesty and the answer to complex issues not be to install a new system first. I am sure, I have found a new home here. Nick checks all the boxes with his staff from getting you into their schedule (Jessca) to Martin who honestly completes the challenges required to keep you warm or cool. I would be happy to have them as a friend or a neighbor.

Our heater went out and we were very verycold. I called Air Tech as recommended by my neighbor, Carolyn Davis, and the repair man came out about 30-45 minutes after I called in. We were very pleased with the technician, his manners, his skills, his knowledge of our equipment, and when he didn’t have the part he was back quickly. We appreciated the fast and reasonable charge.

My problem was solved very fast, the guy over the phone was very understanding and even though they were super busy that day, he managed to send a tech before the hour he gave me over the phone. The crew at Air-Tech did an outstanding job replacing my whole HVAC system and installing all new duct work in the attic. Joe and Trevor provided a professional atmosphere with teachable moments for the newer members of the crew. Floyd, Alicio, and Ethan did a great job as well and were very respectful to us and our home. The whole crew cleaned up the worksite and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were satisfied customers.

More than six months and more than 6 visits to my home to repair my condenser. They even installed the wrong fan motor that caused the fan to rip itself apart. The fan blades physically departed the motor and tore the top off the condenser. The billing was incorrect but I was relocating to a new home so I paid it. Apparently after I moved they billed me again - I left a forwarding address but never received another invoice. However it wasnt difficult for the collection agency to find me. Wonder why I never go that invoice? Dont use these folks. The techs did the best they could. Management is poor at best. By the way - I never changed my cell number either - I bet they had that on file. Poor communication and lots of broken promises.

I can not speak highly enough about this company and their crew! They made one of the most stressful times, the easiest time for my family and I. Everyone from the owner and his wife to Trevor and his crew went above and beyond and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Our A/C was blowing warm air, so we decided to ask the community for recommendations. Air tech was mentioned, so we gave them a call. They promptly sent a tech out to assist. The technician was extremely professional and courteous. He informed us that we were leaking refrigerant out of our coil. The options were to buy a new coil and replace or have them repair it and save some cash along the way. The timelines were wait a couple of weeks for a new coil or a couple of days for the repair. We chose the repair. Over 5 weeks went by with no communication. We called to remind them and they were out the next day to install our repaired coil. Three weeks into our system humming away and it’s blowing hot air again. We call them out and they say it’s a part that will be another $700-$900 and they’ll have to order and wait. We agree but decided to call other companies in town to get opinions. Two other companies came by and informed us that the coil was either not repaired or not repaired properly, and that we were still leaking refrigerant. I have no idea what Air Tech was trying to do here but I do know that I’m out the $700 I already paid and now having to replace our entire system. The intention may have been good but the quality of the repair and the lost in the sauce and unreturned phone calls were awful.

We have used Air Tech since my Mother used them over twenty years ago. They are family owned and wonderful people. Their service people are well trained, personable and professional.

My name is Diane Garza and I want all of Abilene Texas to know how wonderful this company is and has been to me and my family. They came on November 8 , 2022 to install a furnace for us and while they were here and I was gone my son passed away from blood clots and they called the ambulance and was not able to finish what the were doing out of respect to our loss that day. Today is November 10, 2022 and they were so concerned for our family and our loss they came back to finish because of the cold temperatures about to hit our area and not on did they finish the furnace they put an air unit in for us at no charge. And as I type this message I weep for this blessing and Mr. Joe and am so very thankful for this Christian man who thought of others before himself. There is no way I can ever repay this this company for what they have done for the and my family. This company will and does work for this community and town of Abilene so I highly recommend their services to anyone in the town of Abilene. In these Texas heats our A/C was having problems! Made a phone call and the repair man was at our house at the time he said! Our A/C needed to have bands replace and the repair man went back to his office to get the supplies needed. He was awesome and repaired our A/C!! Great customer service!

The gentleman who came out to see why my heater wouldn’t work was so kind and helpful! He arrived quickly after we called on a very snowy/icy day and my heat was on in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service!

I had called into our maintenance plan through Direct Energy to schedule our yearly maintenance. It took a full day to speak with anyone regarding service, and when we finally were able to have someone come to the site, he checked the amperage and the line pressure. I informed him the problem was that it was frozen and needed the coils cleaned. He told me “no” despite it being a repeating problem I face every year. He did not offer to clean it, did not offer to set up a cleaning service, just had me sign a paper and left. While this is my main complaint, the issue was exacerbated by the fact that he had no patience for me as I work from home and could not immediately answer the door.

Had 4 companies come out to bid on replacing my 15 year old HVAC and Air-Tech came in over $1000 less then the others for the same system. Trevor and crew were awesome! It was a great experience from start to finish.

Then they came to do the install and like everything for me, it did not go as expected. But they were on top of it, going above and beyond (and to Dallas and back) to get the install done in one day. Trevor and his crew had to work way harder than they should have, in my very warm house, to get it done right! Very impressed and ever thankful. I’ve bought two units over many years from Air-tech and always use them for service; they’ve always done excellent work. Highly recommend!!!

Nick is true to his word. As we reviewed the completed installation of an expensive new system, I noticed a different filter had been installed instead of the type we had received a bid for. I had already paid for the entire job. Nick immediately recognized the mistake which meant the entire system would have to be taken out and re-installed with the correct filter system. Tyronnne/supervisor and his team came back out within 48 hours and took care of the issue without complaint. I have used airtech for several years because they have never tried to sell me anything---they tried to meet our needs and gave us the information to make our own decisions. I recommend airtech to anyone because you can trust their word and their work.

Needed evaporator coil replaced. They found in the system that Lennox would honor warranty on my 6 year old unit even though it only had 5 year warranty. I was prepared to buy new air handler. Appreciate the honesty. Getting the information and a timely call back are only reasons why not 5. Still, super hard to find honest folks. Great job!
