Superior did an amazing job of helping us out over the weekend when a pipe burst outside and flooded our property. They were quick to come out, fixed the problem, and were affordable. They did a great job of communicating and keeping us in the loop of when to expect the technician, and when the job would be completed. Contacted Superior A/C the morning of the repair. I was scheduled for the evening. They were running late due to their schedule, but it was communicated to me. Garrett, the technician, arrived and was very respectful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue with my unit, checked the Freon and determined it was good, and was done in a short time. The price was fair and I appreciate the honestly when the Freon was checked. Definitely recommend Superior and their staff. Thus was my second time using them. I’ll definitely look to them for further needs, and recommend them to others.

I cannot rave enough about the amazing service we received from Zach at Superior AC&Heat. Our AC went out sometime today, and by the time we got home our house was 89 degrees. Zach came out tonight, walked us through what repair needed to be done, and completed it quickly. If you need an AC or heating repair person- call them! I has a “stopped” garbage disposal. Superior was quick to respond in a very short time. $125 service call. Fine. Plumber came quickly, removed the unit, cleaned it of debris, said it did not work and needed to be replaced. He would get one at Home Depot for $800. I said it was too much, he brought the price down to $600. Still too much but I needed to go to work and said fine. Cost is now $725. He left to pick one up, I plugged in the one that he said didn’t work, but shockingly, it did. He returned, I explained that it still worked, he reinstalled it. Final cost, $376.00. I should have been a plumber. I like the company but this was a bit questionable.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night with 5 kids in the house. Superior was out the next morning to diagnose the problem, and had the entire unit replaced the same day. We appreciate their hard work so much!

I would like to thank James and Superior AC & Heat for their quick response getting our AC up and running. Woke up to find our temp was 80 degrees in the house on a Saturday morning. The dispatcher was quick to respond to our needs, as my wife had just got out of the hospital the day before. She was able to send James out in just a few hours and texted to let us know his arrive time along with his picture. James was absolutely one of the best. Was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes, and gave us the cost of the repair, left, and returned with the part needed and had us up and running in no time. James went above and beyond, and resecured my blower motor that had pulled out from its mounting. Our HVAC went out on a Saturday. I did some research and decided to give Superior AC & Heat a call. The receptionist was extremely friendly, listened to my worries, and immediately scheduled a diagnostic visit. Zach came out to check the system inside and outside. I dont often leave reviews online. However, the experience that I had with Superior AC and Heat is worthy of one. I have had many issues with my current system and called Superior to see if they would come out as a 2nd opinion. The first company I had out tried to tell me that I had a leak at my condenser, and it wasnt repairable. Bobbie over at Superior gave me peace of mind and assured me that she would send out her one of her well-seasoned technicians. Wiley was who she sent out. When I say what a breath of fresh air, I mean it. He was courteous and professional, and up front with me about what my system. Come to find out there wasnt a leak at the condenser. It was a rather minor repair despite what I was told by the other company. Many thanks to Bobbie and Wiley for setting my mind at ease, and Superior for having such genuine employees that care about their customers. Definitely a company I will use again 5 out of 5 stars.

I highly recommend Superior AC/Heat Co. Recently, my home was not heating, so I contacted Superior, as an emergency. A HVAC tech was sent out within 2 hours.The problem was immediately DX & the home needed a new heating & cooling system. The very next day, after the initial call, Tech’s installed a new air handler & AC compressor.Because this installation was performed during freezing weather, the AC compressor could not be adequately checked at that time.Eventually, when I turned on the AC to cool the home, it wasn’t cooling efficiently. I contacted Superior & on same day as call sent out Ryan Weaver, a HVAC tech who immediately DX the problems & got the AC system working efficiently & cooling my home. I highly recommend Ryan who is not only very thorough & skilled, but also courteous, reliable & dependable.Also, I thank Jessica who answered my calls & quickly got tech’s to my home & for the service manager’s quick response to these calls.My home has now awesome heat & cooling! My AC died the other day when it was 105! I called Superior AC because theyre somewhat nearby and had positive reviews. Their tech came out, he was on time, and courteous. He crawled up into our attic that must have been a billion degrees! He quickly figured out what was wrong. it was too late to get parts because it was late in the evening but he had it on deck first thing in the morning. It’s Labor Day( Monday)and as my luck would have it I wake up to 80 degrees inside my home. I discovered that my outside unit was not starting up.I scanned the internet made some phone calls and Superior AC & HEAT in Burleson Tx. had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. With it being a holiday I had low expectations. The nice customer service lady said she could have a technician out to take a look at my unit within the next hour or two. We are in the middle of a heat wave it is 79, but feels like 104 so I figured they would say Tuesday. She said she could have a service technician here between 12-2 today the technician named Mike showed up at 11:45am he fixed the problem he was nice and professional and gave me tips on how to care for my equipment so this doesnt happen again. I am grateful for the quick response, fast fix and especially the reasonable price. It was definitely the best price out there. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future when needed.

Our AC stopped working on our second floor where the kids bedrooms are on a very hot day over a weekend. I had the privilege of meeting the owner of this business, Mike, who personally came to our home on a Sunday afternoon emergency visit and fixed the problem himself within an hour. I called this company on a Saturday afternoon and he called me back within minutes. He told me he would come out immediately and I just said “PraiseGod” because it was 108 degrees. He was here in about 20 minutes and had the air conditioner fixed within an hour. I will use this guy again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this company.

After having multiple AC contractors look at our air conditioning and never fixing the issue over a span of 3 years I was hesitant to call anyone again when our unit froze up. I emailed Superior late at night and they called me first thing in the morning. A technician was at my front door the next day and after 3 years of hearing, I cant find anything wrong I expected the same. But this time was finally a victory! Their techs found the problem after doing more of an inspection than anyone else ever did. They even called the manufacture to see if my AC was still under warranty. Sadly the warranty did expire in January and I had to replace the entire system. But again Superior impressed me by having an install team at my house the next day! I can not thank them enough for providing great customer service and communication. Especially during the busy Texas summer heat season. I am now a customer for life!

I got a pretty good deal from Mike and he gave me a really good price.Had it installed within a day.I did have some mechanical problems at, first Im not sure if it was due to the bad weather or what, but he promptly took care of it.They had to do a few minor adjustments after the fact with the freon and hes always been really responsive and Im glad I chose this company to replace my whole heat pump and air conditioning system.I highly recommend Mikes Superior heating and air conditioning service.

Mike came out the same day I called and presented me a package for my AC install that was affordable and a great fit for my home. They came out the next day and completed the job in a timely manner. I had an overall positive experience and would definitely recommend him to others.

Fast service but expensive. They came out next day but cost $532 for then to swap out a cheap $68 AC control board that every supplier carried. A pretty huge labor cost for such an easy, quick job. Makes me hesitant to use them again after getting kind of gouged like that.

Zach Heiliger did an excellent job repairing my AC and heating unit, even installed a breaker on my unit so I can turn it off at any time instead of having to go out to the breaker box. So I woke up one morning with my heater not working and these guys were here in an hour to repair it. I was impressed how fast they responded and how quickly they got here. They started at 11am and finished by 2pm. I did figure out it was my thermostats and they gave me options on how I wanted to move forward. I went ahead and upgraded to a smart thermostat, overall it came to a total 400$ give or take. I was completely satisfied with the work and professionalism shown. Thank you Mike, for the hard work.

Mr. Shane Condon provided seasonal summer service on 2 HVAC units at my home. Mr. Condon was on time, courteous, & a professional at his trade. One of our AC units stilled used RF22 refrigerant and was blowing warm air. They came out the next morning when we called. Diagnosed the issue and gave us the pros and cons of charging and finding the leak in the old system verses installing a new one. We decided to install the new one. They were done the next day by 3:00 and it was working great. Very professional and fast.

After nearly getting scammed by MILESTONE AC for a $4,067 compressor repair, I got in touch with Superior. They gave me a $1,400 quote and was able to get it working the following morning. I had another company come out three times to try and fix my AC and they still couldn’t pin point the problem. Previous company started to quote me prices for replacing the entire unit so I called Superior AC to come out for a second opinion and they came out the same day, that morning. When Andy arrived he was amazing. He checked over everything and diagnosed a few minor problems and fixed them on the spot. Andy took care of my AC like he was working on his own. Next time I need my AC to be serviced or repaired, I will be depending on Superior from now on. I just wish I called them first!

On Sunday evening a lighting storm took out our air conditioner and a few other things. The other things we could do without but not the AC!! I got a hold of a real person the first time I called Superior Air! They said they would have someone over in the next 15 minutes. True to their word, it was 13 minutes later when they pulled into my drive. They were very professional and knew what they were doing . Within 20 minutes we had air again! Actually second time I’ve used superior. A few years ago at my old house they were a smaller operation. Quoted the best price, and showed up quick in the middle of summer. Crew was friendly and left the house clean. Called them again for our new house, and their business has grown to several crews, offices, secretary answering service, and modern tools like text alerts and online scheduling. Will call them first next time when my downstairs unit goes like my upstairs just did.

We had a 30 year old system that was shorting out and running constantly without actually heating or cooling, just acting like it was. We took our time looking for the right company to do the job. we got three quotes from different companies. Superior AC & Heat had the top equipment for the best price and we even had them relocate the outside unit from the south wall to the east wall of our home to get it out of our pool area. They had the job done very quickly and even threw in a virus killing UV light. Now we have a cutting edge system for a price that cant be beat. Great Deal! Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable. He initially qouted me for Goodman and Coleman units, but I requested a more high end unit. He provided me with a Trane unit, which is one of the best qualities. His crew came out and work for nearly 12 hours to install the new unit and remove the old unit. Their workmanship was clean and proficient. I will definitely use and refer them again.

Dillon Roten was my tech with his partner. Dillion went right to the problem. Didnt need to explain problem he knew, I could tell by experience knew where to go first, to rule out costly repairs. Hes a true tech not a salesman that asap needs done now. He not only pointed out what repair is needed but explained it clearly. Showed me as well backed up with his state of the art equipment. Made clearly the possibility of when other components failure even though, he not knowing I couldnt afford it now. Now knowing the capacitor was on the fence line of replacement explaining the specs and showed me the label with specs on it to backup what the equipment proved. He explain the warning signs to look for quick failure. Not a pushed salesman. I found now thru honesty he was more 😀concerned for me than the equipment. With his very knowledgeable assistant it made the visit not as uncertain how things would go. Pointed out I needed a acid wash to remove scale on my outdoor unit. Explaining how much more efficient my system would be, without putting more strain on other parts that could shorten their life. Im a senior citizen, very limited income I would have happily have all work done as recommended. Not only to I trust Superior and their employees. I will be hurrying to get more needed repairs done to insured no break down at worst time of summer. My system is running better than installation by another company 8 years ago. Parts wear out keeping it tuned up serviced 2× a year has extended my systems life. Called the day after Thanksgiving at 12:45 and had Tom at my house by 1:30. He quickly examined my furnace, diagnosed the problem and showed me the quoted price before moving forward. He went and picked up the part needed and came back and completed everything and I paid the price originally discussed, no hidden fees. I highly definitely recommend Superior AC and Heat. Woke up this morning to my ac not working and covered in sweat. Called them at 7:00 they were here and had everything fixed before 9. Extremely fast polite and honest people. After one company had quoted me at in between $12,000 and $17,000 to replace my entire AC unit. I called (Mike) and Superior - the cost was significantly lower. Jose came and did excellent work, and answered any questions I had. Wish I wouldve called them first!!

I have been using Superior Air for 2 years now. Mike, the owner will work with you personally to make sure you get what you need. Tom the service tech is top notch and will take the time to explain what he is doing and help with understanding how to properly maintain your unit.

These guys were great. I called and said my upstairs unit wasnt cooling. They came out two days later. My appt time was from 12-2, he arrived early! I was at the doctor but he waited till I got home, I turned my unit on and let him check everything, said nothing was wrong. Came inside and checked the unit, same thing. He didnt try to find anything wrong. Just a flat out nothing is wrong (I had changed the filters two days prior, guess it was just a dirty filter). All he charged me was a service call. Great business. Will be doing business with again for sure.

If you’re looking for a dependable a/c company, I highly recommend Superior. Mike and his guys worked extremely hard to get me up and running at the start of Texas summer. Mike came to my house early Sunday and assessed the problem. The issue was greater than I thought and Mike’s professional assessment is what convinced me to redo my air handler unit. So after living in our fixer upper house for 5+ years the 17 year old Goodman AC unit finally died also we had uneven airflow issues throughout the house due to previous owner rigging. This company knows how to do business. The owner, Mike Qutob was genuine and did all testing and came out for free. Hooked me up with a brand new system for my 2 story, 2400sqft house for $4300. Other quotes were 6K and 8.6K! Also, they installed it the next day at 8 a.m. so I literally did not suffer at all. Thank God for Superior AC and Heat!

I used Superior AC & Heat to replace a tankless water heater tank. They went above and beyond to find the proper tankless water heater and install the necessary parts.My home is going through a major. Plumbing repair and i have not been able to test the water function. I will do so in a week when all plumbing is dont.I will be able to assess the replacement job of the water heater and provide my final feedback of the replacement working.

I must say AWESOME. Called them for a iced over AC. Not only did they come out that day but had our house nice and comfy. Mr Tom is who they sent and he explained what he was doing the entire time, he also showed me what he was doing. I will be recommending Superior to everyone I know.

Dillion was very good. Serviced our AC Unit and replaced a melted breaker, explained the condition the coil was in (including pictures on his cell phone) and was very knowledgeable about ways to make our air allergie free. We will certainly contact him when we are ready for a new AC Unit.

They were scheduled 8 to 12 and showed up early. Worked diligently to find what was wrong with AC. Once located advised me and showed me what was wrong. Advised cost up front to get that item repaired. Once repaired ensure it was cooling at proper temperature and that I was satisfied. Very professional and courteous.
